We come here a lot… but lately it feels like it has gone downhill. Went through the drive thru tonight and got a chicken strip combo - after I paid I was told they’re **again** out of gravy. Same thing happened last time. Then they gave me a Dr Pepper with maybe two pieces of ice that was so watered down. I don’t know what’s been going on lately but something has changed. :-(

Messed up my order 3 times: 1. while in the drive through I asked for it to be fixed when read back to me. 2. order was still wrong when I picked it up. 3. I asked them to fix the order and it was still wrong when I picked it up again. At that point I asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Employees completely asleep at the wheel and very rude.

Let me start by saying the gentleman at the counter was phenomenal customer service was legendary. He was very friendly from beginning to end. He was an older African-American gentleman with a gray beard the food was 10/10
