The customer service is very lacking. I have been into this store multiple times and asked where something is only for an employee to say it’s over there, pointing in a general direction. No one else is I the store and when I am still not finding what I am looking for, the employee just keeps giving me directions instead of taking me over there to show me. I sent my son in to grab something for our pool. He took a pool sample. My son’s response was they didn’t seem to want to help me. And then they didn’t send home with him what our pool needed. We’ve dropped a ton of money at this store, but I have decided I will find a different way to get our pool supplies.

As a new pool owner I've been amazed at the customer service I've received at this Leslie's. Shane has gone above and beyond to help me learn what I need to know to keep my pool nice and clean. Plus, he always carries out heavy items for me. He's just an all around nice guy. On the rare occasions when he is not working a young lady by the name of CeCe is there. She also is very thorough in explaining what it is I need to do. Both of these employees should be commended for their excellent customer service. Hats off to them!

The customer service at this store is awful!! I can not stress that enough. I've been to this store 4 different times and I'm not going back. The total lack of respect for their job makes it worth going to any other Leslie's then the one off of 121 in lewisville/the colony. The ladies behind the registers seem so annoyed to help you in anyway. Even if you just want to get your water tested. Like you are such a bother to simply walk into the store. I'm now driving 20 min away to the Leslie's in Frisco off of Teel. The drive is longer but it was nice to just be greeted with a smile and a hello when I walk through the door. They were very helpful and polite.

This review is actually for Pool Supply World but Leslie's is the parent company for them...Pentair's ScreenLogic 522104 Interface is great. The install was really easy and it has worked great! Really enjoying it.Dealing with Pool Supply World was horrible. I will never buy another thing from them or their parent company Leslie's Pool Supply again. The total lack of communication and customer service is embarrassing. Product ordered in March and roughly 2 months later it was received. 2 months with no unprovoked communication. Email after email, chat session request after chat session request and phone call after phone call going unanswered. I literally spent hours on hold waiting to ask two simple questions; do you have my order (they had charged my credit card) and when are you shipping my order? When the order was placed their website stated it would ship in 2-3 business days.I understand that Covid created the situation that we have all dealt with but 2 other online pool suppliers turned 2 other orders in what would be an expected reasonable turn time during the same period. Both, much more difficult packages to ship.To anyone else dealing with this situation with PSW the only way I found to communicate was through Facebook messenger. Communication was spotty but I was able to get some information through this channel.Shame on you Pool Supply World...never again!

I went to this store 3 times last week and every time they sold me me some chemicals. Last time he told me he doesn’t know why my pool is cloudy. I paid $250 for nothing. Worse customer service ever. Don’t Waste your money and time. lack of knowledge, I have to find another pool service. I

I did not appreciate the way I was talked to or how incredibly sale oriented the staff was and how much they push Leslie’s products. Before even asking what type of pool I had, I was told the chemicals wouldn’t read correctly because it was raining outside... guess what I have: a covered spa. Joke is on you. Also, I used to manage a pool (granted, I’m a bit rusty on chemicals since it’s been a few years). The way I was talked down to as if I didn’t know anything about how chemicals work was degrading. I’m not perfect, but I’m not stupid enough to fall for sales pitches and buy unnecessary products with “Leslie’s” label when I have the same off brand products at home.

The Store Manager was great, did my water test and was very thorough.. This place is ok in a pinch but their chemical prices are easily 35% more than on line or even Home Depot.. Makes me question their integrity.. If you plan ahead you can get your chemicals a lot cheaper anywhere else! Don't be fooled by these crooks.
