If I could rate this company any lower than a 1 star, I would certainly do so. They are a scam and you should not waste your time and especially your money. I have been out of work for 18 months and a family member pays them $50 a month so that they get the 3 different kinds of insulin I take. Their promise was that I would NEVER run out and never have to worry. Well, I RAN OUT OF INSULIN and had to get it through another individual. They told me the meds should have been delivered to the doctor the same day I spoke to them last (1 week ago) but when I called the drug company today, I found out they were lying. My meds have not even been shipped yet! I also found out that they do nothing but call your doctor and have your doctor call the drug companies for refills. Now that may sound good, but they called the wrong doctor for my insulin!! They do not return phone calls, they do not answer their phone, and they do not respond to emails. I am sick of this company. They have ripped me off for the last 6 months ... no more. BEWARE! THEY ARE LIARS AND CONS!

I couldn't ask for a better company to handle my mother's medications. I know that everything can't always be perfect...but this company has done everything they can to make things right. It is not about the past only about what a company does to change and better situations that effect everyone and this company has truly stood up for us and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you Medication Outreach for your services in helping my grandparents get their medications. Prompt service/return phone calls, and their medications always arrive on time. We have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company...would recommend to anyone.

I want to ECCO the previous 1's. This company is a SHAM, SCAM, RIPOFF, THEIVING, LAZY, UNSCRUPULOUS GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS. (BE ABSOLUTLY SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT ITS AN OUT FOR THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE AT ALL.) They do no work on your behalf after the first shipment. THEY LIE TELLING YOU THEY'VE SENT A LETTER TO THE DRUG COMPANY WHEN THEY HAVE NOT. And will tell you the've called and sent you a letter....like we have early early Alzheimer's And know it never happened. And even if you do follow the fine print word by action, and call routinely to speak with them about how it's going with your script. Basically reminding them they have an actual job to do for you. They don't answer the DANG phone, DON'T return messages left on the Vmail. I LOST $480.00 TO THESE PEOPLE. After talking to them yesterday, I was basically told FU there's fine print stating WE THE PATIENT'S are 100% responsible for them doing or not doing their job. We are the MOC police and must call monthly if you expect them to do anything at all. If you.... (DON'T THEY WILL DO......NOTHING!!!!!) ?
