Jazmin was a delight. She knows her stuff. She provided me with the best option for my budget. She even offered me water. Terrible customer service, I came in to exchange a charger.The girl at the front desk was rude.And the manager “Sana” wouldn’t even come out of the back.She was supposedly on a “conference call” too busy to take care of a customer.Terrible service wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here.

I wanted to buy a new phone and asked to used the restroom first but the 2 girls who are there were rude and said i need to ask any other shop in the complex because they dont have one and thats what they have to do while they work i went to ask but the other shops said no since Im not buying from them I went back and asked the girl what shop borrows the restroom because they said no then one girl told the other they dont let customers use theirs because they dont share with customers the fact that they said it in Spanish thinking no one understood really puts a bad name to this store now not only will i not be purchasing my new phone here i will not come back at all i mentioned i wanted to buy a phone but needed to use the restroom first and was treated bad I dont recommend anyone to visit this place because the fact that they dont treat you correctly is just not the kind of service im looking for

Hi! Everyone! My visit at this MetroPCS store at SH 121 & Bellaire in Lewisville, Texas has been the best experience since being a customer all of these years! Aly is phenomenal in that he is smart, knows his job VERY well, offered me more & informed me about parts & services that NO OTHER associate has EVER offered me! I was offered the Black Friday 2nd line special & now for the 1st time, I have 2 lines at a very reasonable price! One personal and the other for Lyft/Uber & business only! I am SO pleased!

The ladies at the reception, they should improve with customer service, they have a bad face, bad attitude, it is even sad to ask questions because they answer them as annoying with an angry face I would definitely not return, obviously I will not return to that place.POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!
