It was my first time ever buying a new phone! Yet when I went inside the entire staff is super super friendly! Very welcoming and sweet! Also they know how to make sure you know what you want! Highly recommend going to this metro! Ask for Albert! Great guy when getting a new line or phone! 🤳🏼🤩☺️

I was very pleased with the help that I received from Betzy at this Store. She was very knowledgeable about the phone. She was really nice and courteous. She went out of her way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. We need more people like Betzy. She is definitely a good representative of Metro PCS.
