The Indian girl there is slow and incompetant... Had to wait 30min for her to try and sell some lady a phone, set it up, pitch her a cheap case etc etc etc... before she would allow anyone to pay their bill(which takes 30secs). They will also still charge you a $5 convienence fee regardless of how inconvienent and SLOW it is to pay your bill there.

Here I am claiming my T-Mobile Tuesday at this location for the 4th time because the nearest Metro PCS location closest to me gave us a hard time and lied straight to our face about Metro PCS stores not honoring TMOBILE TUESDAY giveaways. We had never had any issues with this particular location until now. Dated 10/24/23 this Indian guy that's manning the counter just told us that he has to 'save' the Tuesday giveaway to the person that he's currently entertaining because the person is signing up to get a phone activated with Metro and that he said he's only got 1 bucket to give me once I told him we've got 3 lines so he tells me I could only have 1 item. Of course, the customer overheard the conversation and that he said he didn't care for the bucket. Again, this is our 4th time claiming Tuesdays at this location and NEVER had issues claiming for 4 lines with this location until today with this store employee who seems to love the idea to be a person in POWER and that happened to be a fellow countryman of this person who lied to us (working for another MetroPCS) location closest to our residence about their location only catering for Metro customers and not T-Mobile customers. This just gets frustrating how these guys are trying to operate. Do they get this type of training with this company? Do they get to decide who to really cater to? Why was it such a coincidence that both person coming from the same background were the ones to lie to customers just for something that was being offered by the company to its customers? I guess I'll never know.....

Adrian deserves more stars than I can give. While going through a hugely disruptive system issue, Adrian took the initiative to go above and beyond what any other service reps in other stores or the over the phone were willing to do. It's because of his hard work that I am continuing to be a customer of MetroPCS. Thanks Adrian!

Absolutely the best of the MetroPCS stores! He handled my adding my ancient mother to my account without changing anything else. Even helped my mom understand what was going on & kept her cellphone number as well !Definitely will be back here when need anything from MetroPCS!

I have been here twice in the last 2 or 3 months and Adrian hope I spelled his name right is the most helpful person I have dealt with at a Metro by T-Mobile. Super patient as I am a senior and he really explains things so I understand. I do wish they would all just become T-Mobile period so all the promos for both store were the same. I think that’s my only real complaint. But this store has very nice sales reps to deal with. You should try this location and they answer their dang phones too not like many of the other stores in Lewisville who do NOT!!!

I've been a metro pcs customer for probably 8 years. This is by far the worst location. Full of people that just pass the buck. I came in because I've been having issues with my camera. Right when I get there I was told I should take it to the Apple store.. I've taken it the several places to get it fixed. There is just something wrong with the phone. I haven't even had it for a year and they refused to let me use the warranty on it to replace the phone. They are rude and unhelpful. Will be switching phone companies because of their incompetence.

They will oversell the plan and not honor their own promotions on portal, the website clearly says a $40 plan is good to switch, but the rep will force to oversell you first month for $60, which shows they don't care for customers

The most horrid metro store ever. Go somewhere else, do not waste your time and money at this location. You will be vastly disappointed. Poorest customer service anywhere and these guys are slow as can be. And do not get a Samsung A12, really bad phone, does not function pro.

I dont leave reviews but because the staff are really nice and very welcoming and not pushy i would love to recommend this one. They are more likely to help when your service or phone has a problem. Hope they get bonus or commissions with all the customers they get. Thank you kevin for being so nice and helpful also the other staff you were with just wasnt able to get there name :)

This Metro by T-Mobile has the best sign flipper! I hope they get a commission bonus for each person they bring in or at least an opportunity to close the sale! Great marketing!
