I came in a few days ago and was helped by Jay. He was very attentive to the requests I had and helped me pick out a new phone according to what I needed it for. He showed me all the cases and accessories that I could choose from for my phone and helped me put on the screen protector after I bought it. Jay was very kind and courteous as he showed me how to navigate my new phone as I am not very good with electronic devices. Thank you so much Jay!!! I will definitely come back again :)

I went with my brother so he could get a new phone. I left felt like the man at the store was trying to take advantage of my brother because he wasn't tech-savvy.
We went in to see if he could upgrade to a new phone, and the man helping us didn't even look to see if we could. We had an unlocked phone, and he charged almost $30 to switch the information to a new phone. I could have done it for free. Then he acted like we were getting a screen protector free with purchase, put it on, then charged us over $20 for it. Never said he was charging us until it was already on the phone. I could have gotten at least three screen protectors for that.
This is horrible customer service.
On top of that, it was so hot in the store, I thought I was going to pass out (as did my brother, who has heart problems). There were a few very cheap, uncomfortable chairs and nothing else but a few phones. It looked empty and felt unwelcoming.
We'll be going to another location from now on.

I don't know if the person is in a bad mood or always of bad service. I went to grab an account at this place and the person did not want to attend to me if I did not grab a new number. what stupidity bigger

We went into the store thinking that my mom's phone was broken and that we needed a new phone for her birthday. Jay, the store associate, helped us by showing us that only the protection screen was broken and it just needed a new one and a new protective cover. Overall he helped us save more than $100. Thank you so much Jay for caring about the costumers and for helping me make my mom's birthday feel special.

Came in to store because I had issues with my phone not having the goggle play store, Claudia did an amazing job and explaining to me that it got disabled in some way. She was very patient with me, I have nothing but the best customer service through her.
