Horrible customer service. Joel, Emma and Houston are the employees I spoke with on trying to order simple parts and all 3 couldn’t get it right. I needed parts on a certain day and they failed to send me the correct parts. Houston sent me the completely different part for my vehicle. Emma was rude and told me I was getting the correct part the next day and I called back and she failed to send it out. I had to speak to a supervisor in order to get what I needed. If I could give this a no star I would. I won’t be shopping here again.

Decided to take a 3hr road trip and visit the store for the first time as I have always did mail orders. Customer service was GARBAGE. Sales counter H/M with glasses had an attitude as soon as I approached him. Really upsetting to be such a good store with tons of good product, but having to deal with a bad attitude upon spending a thousand bucks is upsetting. I work in customer service and really can’t understand why someone would have an attitude like that.

The best place for anything from race car parts, truck parts and accessories almost anything automotive or tools they will have or can get, always have a car or truck on display ! I always stop by when I'm in the Arlington TX area

The best auto parts store I’ve been the retail store is huge and they have a huge parts warehouse that had my part in stock and no auto zones or any other auto stores had it. Wish there was more of these stores

Jennifer at customer service processed my order pickup and a return in less than 2 mins about 10 mins before close. At Summit there are no complaining whiners about working till they close, just efficiency. Also, parts here are always the lowest price or they match. The store feels like Disneyland the first time you go. I love having this location just 45 mins away and I can pick up hot rod parts same day. Awesome.
Update Nov ‘25: Day after Thanksgiving I ordered parts early in the day, realized I needed more and checked out another order after 8pm CST. I waited too long and it said it would ship the next day but the folks at Summit managed to crank it out without me saying anything and my order has shipped within hours and will arrive a day early. Summit provides faster shipping than even Amazon in a remote location like East Texas. Keep up the great work!

Items were difficult to identify in outlet room.
Many Parts were not clearly marked what they were or for .
Staff was polite
Parkinglit was clean and easy to park with a car trailer attached .

We visited Summit for the first time to buy a clutch kit, but the one we needed was out of stock. John in the order department (50–55 years old, wears glasses) went above and beyond to help us. He carefully went through the product specs and found a similar kit that matched our vehicle perfectly. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our experience outstanding. Great business and excellent customer service!

They've definitely got the parts you need but damn does their customer service suck! Go in to order parts with people who deal with numbers and letters all day and cant spell a name correctly, enter an address correctly or even a phone number. I'll never go into the store to get a part again, only online from now on. Never been so annoyed trying to order parts in person in my entire 38 years of living
