I only checked in for one night to prepare for an event going on in town and I must say I did enjoy my stay, even if it was for one night only. The bed was rather soft and comfortable, the view I had was great. Just about everything was good. The only thing keeping it from being a five star review is that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the hotel so I had to resort to the bar of soap to wash my hair

Don’t be a guest here and have to use the restroom before checking in you will be very disappointed they don’t have a restroom for the public why would I spend my money with someone who don’t care about guest before they become guest SMH. I’m disgusted by this?

No water for two days!!!! Can not shower or use the toilet can not even wash hands. There seems to be no rush in fixing the problem. Staff is rude when asking about anything.

BEDBUGS! I had bites all over my body. The room comes with soap but no shampoo. Also, a “Do not disturb” hanger is not provided so you have to call the front desk and let them know…and then hope the cleaning staff will not come in your room while you’re out for the day.

Horrible people! The person checking me in was a fine gentleman. The day shift staff made my stay unbearable. I was a few minutes late getting out which made the staff upset. Fine, it’s understandable since we all work and have schedules. My problem arose when I had a flat tire. When the tow truck came to pick up my car, a staff of 5 individuals came out to loudly laugh and observe. I find no professionalism in this situation finding humor in one’s distress.

On the last night of my stay I was bitten by bed bugs probably 50-100 times. It is a huge frustration and hassle to avoid carrying them home with me, not to mention painful.EDIT: I have been told to contact Motel 6 to discuss. However, I contacted them well over a week ago and still have not received any response despite emailing several times. Will you ever actually respond to my email? Removing a service star.

The beds are hard and lumpy and SUPER uncomfortable. The hallways reek of marijuana. There are kids and parents screaming all day and night. Loud music playing from the rooms. We’ve been here 6 days now and the pool is just now clean. I guess you get what you pay for. It’s a cheap room and it shows.

Room was “okay” for a two night stay. But upon entering the hotel it wreaked of marijuana and even though there are many “No smoking” signs, people were smoking right outside the door and in the pool area. Ceiling in the hallway had a huge hole in it and they had loud fans drying the carpet when we arrived. Upon entering our room, the bed sheets had holes and blood stains. But you get what you pay for. At least we had a room to stay in while visiting from out of town that wasn’t going to break our wallet and location was good, not far from major attractions. Would I book here again? No.

The new management has turned this motel into a nightmare for customer service. Actually, I take it back. There is no such thing. If you complain about the facility, customer service, or clogged drain in your room, they will call the police on you. They will wait until you have paid for your stay in advance and will call the police. When you ask for a refund, they will simply give you a finger. Record any unreasonable encounter with their front desk or the management. The only thing they care about is making money off you with actually providing the service you deserve.They used to listen to their customers and tried to accommodate their needs in the past.Stay at other lodging. You will find better places than this motel for the same money.
