About Murphy USA
Murphy USA is a gas station chain known for its convenient locations near Walmart stores. Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly highlighting a specific employee who went out of his way to assist someone in a tough situation by lending his phone for a locksmith call. However, the business has faced some challenges, particularly with staffing during peak hours. Customers reported long lines and insufficient staff at times, especially during busy periods like lunch and evening rush hours. Despite these issues, the employees work hard to manage the situation and provide good service. Additionally, the location has been accommodating to travelers, allowing overnight parking and earning compliments for its welcoming atmosphere. Overall, while there are some concerns about staffing, the customer service at Murphy USA stands out positively.

Chris was a life-saver! I locked my keys and my phone in my truck, and he let me borrow his phone to call a locksmith. Best customer service at a gas station I've ever had. Give that man a raise or a promotion!
