This office is fantastic. I recently had an issue with my contacts not being delivered to my home. I contacted the office's manager (I forgot his name, but he's usually also at the front desk) and he got it fixed for me and my contacts redelivered within a few days. I am so very appreciative of all the help that went in to fixing this for me. I've been a patient/customer for about 5 years now and I'm really happy I chose this office. 😊

First off, very clean & professional office. I had an issue with my glasses being off aligned. I walked in 5 minutes before closing. Ozzy fixed my glasses & had them looking like i just bought them. He was very helpful & patient. I took the time to look around the office while he was fixing my glasses. They have wide selection of glasses from Versace,Michael Kors, D&G, as well as coach. For quality & good customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Made an appointment beginning of September. They prescribed me the wrong prescription received. Went to revisit and the man black hair, with glasses and heavy set said you need to make an appointment. I made an appointment driving 50 miles to this appointment and was 10 minutes after i called them to tell them i would be late 10 minutes and they said they had a 15 minute grace period. He told me to reschedule again when initially they made the mistake on a wrong prescription. This team and business does not care about their customers. Do not go to thos place .

I got my glasses and could read a piece of paper in my hand. When I told them he said give it 2 weeks and you should be able to read through them. I told him I was 68 years old and had had Quite a few pair of glasses in my lifetime. And never before was I’m not able to read out of them, the gentleman argued with me. So I kept the glasses for two weeks. Nothing changed. I took the glasses back. Ask for a full refund, got a call saying they have taken care of it but today when I went to get new glasses, they have not given me the credit. When I called, they were very eager to get me in but then when I had a problem, it was a problem.

Dr Brenda and GM Ozzy were absolutely amazing! Never have I met an OD that cares more for her patients than Dr Brenda. She took her time, explained to us our options and truly showed what the medical line was all about, caring for your patients, not making everything about a money grab.
Clinics like this My Eye Dr with Dr Brenda as the Doc and Ozzy leading the team as the GM makes spending my hard earned money a lot easier at wonderful clinics like this one

The doctor took very good care of me. She did thorough testing and explained everything clearly. Ozzy was friendly and so helpful! He asked me what style of glasses I wanted and showed me several pairs. I ended up with some nice glasses. This will be my go to eye doctor, for sure.

I had such a great experience here getting new contacts and glasses. The handsome front desk manager Ozzy was kind, and helped look up information I didn’t have. Dr. Floyd was very informative, patient and kind. Helped me find the right prescription and have amazing advice for eye care. Lynelle and Nohely also provided amazing service. Definitely recommend!

Osvaldo and Nohely gave me a very professional attention and Osvaldo expedited my eye glasses to get them before my trip. They were both courteous and very patient with me. I will definitely will go back to that location.

They took a next day appointment when I had something concerning going on with my eyes and fit me in so I am eternally grateful for that. The front desk, Ozzy and Lynn were amazing, kind, and efficient. Dr. Floyd was thorough and got me a plan of action!! Thank you!!

Ozzy at MyEyeDr is great - very friendly and helpful. Made the process of selecting glasses much easier for me. Let me take my time and helped me in picking up the right glasses. I recommend this location.

The whole staff here was wonderful :) The manager Ozzy was friendly and welcoming, and helped me breeze through the initial exam. Dr Floyd had me seeing in high definition 4k and took extra time on my problem areas (high astigmatism in my left eye and needing prisms for the first time). I had been considering that I might have binocular vision disorder and she mentioned it after the assessment without me bringing it up. Lynn brought out stacks of glasses for me to try, was patient with me (even when they closed and I didn’t realize it lol) and made sure I had a pair that I felt good in and that will hold up until I’m ready for another. I can see why they have clients that come from all over the metroplex :)

This review pertains to the Lewisville location ONLY, although I started my journey at the Flower Mound office, where my experience there was nothing short of a nightmare.Thankfully, on my sixth and final trip to the FloMo location, I had decided to get a refund after the cluster I had been subjected to, the manager from Lewisville happened to be filling in and saved the day by having a new pair of glasses made and sent from his location.He truly went above and beyond and although my glasses still weren't right (because their franchise no longer uses the type of lens I need after having had intra- lasik surgery) I highly recommend the Lewisville location.
