This review is for Pat at the Lewisville Northern Tool Store #647.
I'm writing this review to express my sincerest gratitude for Pat's incredible assistance during an emergency situation. My vehicle had a major problem, and I was stranded with limited resources and no options. In a panic, I went to Northern Tool, hoping to find a solution.
Pat not only took the time to listen to my situation, but they also went above and beyond to help me. They were resourceful and creative, helping me to find a temporary fix that allowed me to get my vehicle to a service station. Pat's calm and reassuring demeanor made all the difference, turning a stressful situation into a manageable one.
I'm so grateful for Pat's kindness, expertise, and willingness to help a stranger in need. He is a true asset to the Northern Tool team, and I believe they deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. Pat didn't just sell me a product; he provided me with a lifeline. Thank you, Pat!

Product availability at this location has been been good; pretty much self service so it’s beneficial to know ahead of time what item you’re needing. Like numerous retail establishments, finding employees with product expertise is a challenge. Watching for the Deal of the Day can save on product cost when one’s budget is stretched thin.

The folks at this store were so helpful and friendly. We drove all the way from Houston to get a generator after Hurricane Beryl and they went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased a portable generator and needed to get it repaired. Drove the the Lewisville location and they wouldn't accept it. They stated that "they are busy" and the closest location accepting repairs is Grand Prairie (about 40 - 45 minutes away). Don't buy anything at Northern Tools. They won't support you after you give them your money.

Horrible experience! Sad when the Team lead in the store didn't want to help. I went online to order better experience. wasted gas and time never again for me in Lewisville.
