If you want to just waste your time looking at empty shelves, then you'll love it. If you want to actually buy something in stock, forget it. I actually ordered from Amazon while I was here since this place has nothing available.

Not the place for printing! Always a wait to even place an order. Also there is usually a second employee in the print center on a computer who is too busy to help the counter or acknowledge customers. No more. FedEx blows them away with printing.

The store manager is attentive and helpful and always doing his job to the best of a store manager's ability. I don't see how a person could do more. I've always enjoyed shopping here.

During the covid 19 outbreak i found myself working from home and desperately in need if a desk. i had been to several different stores (not office max or depot) and all of them were sold out. I was able to find a desk I loved at a great price as well as a chair! customer service was great. I've also come to this location several times in the past to have documents printed or faxed and the staff has always been friendly and the store super clean.

Since customers are not allowed access to a computer, your Copy & Print service is useless.
When I ask the employee to print out a web-based form for me, she said she couldn't do that either. Useless.
I drove 2 blocks to a FedEx store, walked in, sat down at one of their FIVE Customer Workstations, accessed the Internet, printed out the forms I needed and left. All without having to bother an employee. It took 3 minutes.
THAT is why FedEx will now be my go-to place for copying, printing & faxing.
You guys are obsolete.
