So I went over there to get an alternator for a Saturn and under warranty for the alternator they give me that new one without a sticker on it and was cracked from the sides and it was wrong as well, and I didn’t pay attention for it because while I’m at the store because I was at the rush on time When I went back to the car to put it on before I put it, I checked on the electric connections, they were wrong went back to the store to get replaced the old man over there. He refused to take it back, even though he handled it to me by his own hands Without sticker nothing without box he was trying to say that this is not his alternator after I insist that is his fault gave me a wrong one without box and without sticker and broken. If I broke it, I will say the money doesn’t matter what does matter is the service Unfortunately that location is the most worst service in the whole DFW I wish that someone can pay attention over there what’s going on and re-manage meant the services over there
Because I got a shop auto repair shop and you have to do the service and a complete right way not be treating the Customer like he is a scammer or a liar a shame on this gentleman

Super nice guys that work here, every time I stop in they’re very helpful! Tonight I went by to get a bulb for my headlight because it was out, and Will was so quick at finding what I needed and getting me back on the road!

Needed a new battery installed and arrived at O'Reilly first thing on a Sunday Morning. The Assistant Manager, Wilt, was there and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. And in time for church!!
This is second battery O'Reilly has installed. Same timely and high quality service. Check these guys out....

4/27 & 4/28: Customer Service 2nd to None! Friendly and professional. Jason (Store Mgr) is running a great crew of employees. Jeff, Jesus, Will to name a few. I had an issue with an alternator for my son's vehicle. There guys went above and beyond to assist and ensure Customer Satisfaction! Thank you to O'Reilly"s. I would highly recommend this store for your vehicle's repair needs for parts.

Had to get a head light replaced, Jesus helped me get the lights and he replaced my old ones!! He was awesome and a big help!! Customer service 10/10!!!!
