I just left the restaurant and I’m so annoyed with my experience, I haven’t even gotten home before making this review. The service started out good, and the wait staff was very attentive. However, all that changed once the order was placed. We never received the appetizer (blooming onion) that was ordered along with the drinks. The salads came and were eaten, still no app. The waitresses all walk by the tables so fast I couldn’t even flag one down before they were gone. Finally, the food comes out, still no app, and I inform the waitress of the missing item and ask her to just remove it from our tab. She apologized, said she will have them make us one to go for free, and left. As everyone starts eating, I cut into my Filet Sheila to find that it is not the medium rare that I ordered, but instead it is completely well done like 2 hockey pucks were on the plate. I eat my side of Brussel sprouts (which were sitting in a puddle of grease) while I wait for the waitress to come back around to ask for a re-fire. At least 5 minutes go by before I’m finally able to flag down a server to inform them of the steak. The waitress comes to apologize, and says she’ll get me a new one. No biggie. We waited at minimum 15 minutes, everyone at the table was already done with their food, and the second round of steak comes out. I cut into it, and guess what?! There were 2 more hockey pucks sitting on my plate. So we wait another 5 minutes, and the waitress finally comes back again. At this point I tell her I don’t even want the steaks and to just remove it from my tab. She apologizes again, and says she will remove it. It takes another 5-10 minutes just for us to get our tab, and then she brings back the wrong credit card. I don’t normally complain about a restaurant, but that was honestly just a horrible experience. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food, but the joy of eating at a restaurant was gone after the headache we went through.

The host Avri was so cute when we she greeted us.Server Natay was wonderful and knows the menu very well.Manager Becky was great coming over and making sure our experience was good.Parking: Handicap parking is right in front of doors and the manager saw us and opened doors for us.

3 of us arrived for an early dinner. We never even received our drinks. When I spoke to the manager he smiled and didn't seem to comprehend the problem. I explained a couple arrived at the same time and they had drinks and an appetizer. He apologized but offered no solutions. We went somewhere else.

I ate at the 1st Outback in Sarasota back in the 80's & remember getting a "beeper" waiting an hour for our table. Times have changed. No longer are there beepers or waiting for a table and the food is still great.

We had an absolute blast here today. The food was perfect and the service was phenomenal. If you go during the day Lisa will take great care of you. The manager Jermaine even stopped by our table to ask how things were going. We will be back on Tuesday for the lobster tail special ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful experience and all the staff was going above & beyond. Later the manager Jermaine came and introduced himself. The whole time we were there we realized he was helping his staff from running food to greeting and checking on guest. A good leadership leads to a good team.
