Margo was extremely helpful and made picking a pair of glasses a lot easier and less stressful. I was able to get two pairs for a very affordable price and she made sure to work with me to get both pairs under my budget. I was also able to walk out with both of them the same day. Thank you!!!

The staff here is amazing!! Always willing to assist me with me and my children’s needs and replacements. Margo is ALWAYS willing to help me. I have been going here for 2 years and recently moved to Frisco, and STILL attend this location! No other staff like them here in Lewisville!

I have been going to Pearle Vision for many years now and most always deal with Margo. Margo has always been very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the pair of glasses that suit me well. She is also friendly and kind. As for the lens I have received I have never had a problem and they have always been correct.

Margo is so sweet and the best person to speak with in regards to picking the right frames. I drive an entire hour because of Margo and I have a Pearl Vision 20 minutes from my home. Do not consult with Ella, she is not friendly or pleasant to work with when getting frames. I called her to inform her that I will arrive 5 minutes before closing to pick up my contacts and she was so rude. If Margo ever quits, I will not return.

I PAID 280 FIR GLASSES I NEVER GOT. WAITED 3 WEEKS . LOTS IF EXCUSES. SOME WERE YUSED TWICE. CANCELED THE ORDER A WEEK AGO AND THEY WONT RETURN MY $$. PEARL VISION IS THE WORST.. STAN LONE RETIRED. ANYONE WHO GOES HERE FIR GLASSES NEEDS A NEW BRAIN.. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST

Dr Lee and Mrs. Margo make such a great team! Although they are from two different companies, they were fantastic and were very through with any of our questions we had. I would recommend getting yourself a pair of lenses or contacts from here!

After trying several other shops with no luck, Margo hooked me up with some last minute contacts without a physical copy of my prescription! LIFESAVER! She was also just generally pleasant and fun to talk to. Will be coming back.

I have been coming to this store for my eye care for 8 years and they never disappoint me. The representative Margo always makes me feel like I’m visiting an old friend whenever I visit. She recently went above and beyond to fix an issue I had regarding a pair of frames I purchased and wasn’t 100% happy with. This store’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction is absolutely top tier and they have a lifetime customer in me. They also having the most beautiful selection of designer frames you’ll find in DFW : )

Had great prior customer service experience up until now. I asked for a simple explanation of warranty benefits and prior purchases and only reply was a sarcastic remark, and wouldn’t even look up prior coverage details. Had been going there for years.
