I rented a 26’ truck in Tampa, FL and dropped it off in Lewisville, TX. The retailer in Lewisville (Whitney) was very, very good… she made the return quite easy. I would not hesitate to do business at this location again. However, on the road we had an issue with two worn tires and we stopped for emergency replacements in Ocala, FL. As a consumer, I will now insist on inspecting the tires myself before accepting the rental truck. I suggest everyone do the same.

Rented a truck from them this past Friday. Truck ran great and we made it to our destination. However, there was no windshield wiper fluid and the heat went in and out throughout our trip.
