I just left grooming and I’m not pleased at all. I was charged for a service that was not done. When booking my appointment they were informed my dog had allergies and healing from hives. Why not tell me you couldn’t service him and let us go home then? You kept my dog for hours, didn’t service him, and still charged me. I am more than upset but that was a bought lesson to never shop at PetSmart again.
I would have rather been told they couldn’t service us than to lie and take my money with no service at all. Heartbreaking because I shop here often but it was my first visit with grooming.

First impression of the store is dirty. But I am just running in to get dog ane cat food. Get what I need and go to check out. The young woman that is the cashier seemed annoyed and unfriendly. It went downhill from there. Just rude. I can spend my money anywhere else. I will next time. Management needs to train employees on respect and friendliness.

I went about a week ago. There was a new guy, super nice, very friendly. He didn’t know a whole lot but was still helpful. And then a lady who was very knowledgeable helped me out as well. Both very friendly. Would go again (soon) if they didn’t set me up for a while with the fish equipment and food I needed. Haha good job guys!

Wyatt is an excellent trainer. He worked well with both of us (me and my dog)! We learned a lot in the Beginner class and plan on taking the Intermediate class next.

So I've been coming to this location for a couple of months since my 5 year old male cat has some problems and the vet recommended urinary health food. They have 5 flavors in the 5.5-ounce cans of purina pro plan and are out of his favorite, the chicken shreds, more often than they have it in stock. On my last trip there on Sunday, i asked the clerk why they're always out of that flavor, and she answered me that it was a popular flavor.... I'm an assistant produce manager, and if something is popular, we order enough of it for the demand. I asked them to check the back for more, and it seemed like it was grudingly done.. when she said they didn't have any more i asked her the question why can't you order more of its always out which she responded asking me why my 5 year old cat even needed this kind of food and then asked if ive checked any other stores.. I'm not sure if she meant just petsmart or their competition, but i don't want to run all over creation to buy my cats food.. they're close to my house and convenient, but after i left the store, i did take her advice and tried pet supplies plus and they had 10 cans on the shelf, which i bought out.. plus they were cheaper so thanks for the tip

This store is in need of customer service training or new management. After finding a boarding program for my dog, I decided to cancel the training that was scheduled months in advance for this location. After calling multiple times with no resolution, I reached out to customer care to get help with this matter. I was able to get this resolved, but a week later I get a call from a manager with an attitude asking me about calling corporate.. she stated that if I call corporate they let them know about my complaint. She was rude and out of line.. I told her my concern was taken care of and I didn’t understand the reason for the call. She continued to give me attitude and talk about the complaint.. I was given a customer care number, and that’s who I contacted to get help with my problem since the phone for the training department ( who according to the staff here is the only one that could help me) just rang on and on because Wyat (the trainer) wasn’t there.. I hope corporate decides to do some training with the management here, because why are you calling me with an attitude being rude about me “leaving a complaint” to corporate?

To manager. Need to show employees how customer services work. Came in to find a certain type of fish Debbra that’s what she said her name was. Ask if what I’m looking for. Told her what I’m looking for while looking at other fish. She told me in a rude matter it’s not over there. So I ask her where is it. She said she don’t know. Instead of trying to look for it she stand there like she’s the customer. My son finally found it and was looking at the shrimp. She look at me and told me well I can’t get there if he’s standing right there. Maybe she having a bad day maybe not. But you in the customer services department learn some manner. Even after everything she got what I need bag it up and gave it to me. I told her thank you. She ignore me and went to help another customer. That’s when I turn back and ask her for her name. Simply she don’t want to be there or don’t want to help me. So that’s why I’m writing this review.

I am fostering a three legged dog. I took Addie to Lewisville Petsmart for the first time to get a bath. She doesn’t get out often and is very excitable. They were so kind and caring to her. I bought a sweater for her but I couldn’t get it on her. They took the time to pick out her size and put it on her which was a big help to me. They all went beyond expectations. I will only be using this place. Thank you guys.

They had everything but it was over 30 dollars for a cardboard box, staff didn’t seem too friendly.Seemed to care more about the stores money than the customers needs

The folks at the Lewisville petsmart location have been so wonderful. It's so devastating to lose a beloved pet. They helped us to say goodbye to two our fury babies, and prepare them for cremation with compassion and dignity. Thank you for providing this level of services and caring for our pets.
