MY SWEET GUMDROP LOVES THE SATURDAYS SHE GETS TO COME HERE FOR GROOMING! she knows she'll likely get a toy after.Side note, she always smells so good for so long and is super soft after grooming. The guys are always so helpful with answering my upkeep questions as we're currently growing Paisley's hair out long from a super shave and I want to do my part!Sorry I couldn't show off her cut better, she just wanted to play after. But she went in crunchy and came home precious

We had the worse experience with my dog at the groomer (Taylor), and the manager inside the groomers, took my puppy for bath and grooming, left her there at 9:30am and they only called me to pick her up 1:30pm, when I got there for my surprise, NOTHING was done on my dog! She was exactly the same and they still charged me $59 !!!!Luckily the manager inside the actual store understood that nothing was done on my dog and gave my a refund right away, and was super nice.If you want your dog to actually get groomed, this is not the place to take them.

In case anyone is looking for an updated review of the grooming department they are still horrible. Booked my dog for an express appointment the weekend before Thanksgiving one month in advance. Received phone call 6 days before the appointment stating they would not be honoring the appointment time and demanding a reschedule. The employee claimed it's PetSmart policy they will not see ANY express appointments on weekends. I was offered an appointment time the day before Thanksgiving and I took it. Today I called to confirm my appointment since I had not received any confirmation from them and according to the employee on the phone my appointment was actually a week ago but they were willing to schedule me next week on a weekend after they had told me that per policy they would not see my dog on a weekend. The employee on the phone was completely disrespectful and unapologetic I don't recommend this location at all. The Alliance Town Center location was able to help me get an express appointment on a weekend with no issues whatsoever and that employee was incredibly helpful and kind.

My daughter and I went to the Lewisville PetSmart today with only the intention to buy dog food. A wonderful sweet girl by the name of Britney helped my daughter find the perfect hamster and everything needed along with getting the best discounts. Best customer service at this location ever. My daughter is very happy with her new baby Cocoa.

Love Petsmart! The man gave my doggo lots of treats when we were checking out.My favorite store is in The Colony. I love Jane, the dog trainer. She is awesome.

Very disrespectful staff toward my dog and myself. Think twice before taking your furbaby to this specific location. We will not be coming to this location again. It's not worth the time or energy.

This is quite literally the worst experience I've ever had. My dog Zeus was scheduled an appt at 12pm. I got a call at 12:30 saying he was ready. When I came in they realized they called the wrong "Zeus" owner and laughed it off. At 1:45 I got a text once again saying he was ready. I came in and once again it was a mistake. They then sent ANOTHER text at 3:45 saying he was ready. Once again he was not. All of these times I came in, he was never once on the table getting groomed. This most likely means he was stuck in a cage, without bathroom breaks, for 4 hours total. Finally, at 5 pm, Zeus was ready. I went to pick him up and they told me they would give me the nail grinding and teeth brushing for free for the inconvenience of coming in multiple times. I kindly accepted and left, honestly pleased that at least they admitted to their mistakes. Little did I know they had cut my baby's claw so short they drew blood and he now walks with a slight limp. He also looked terrified leaving. How am I ever supposed to get him groomed again now that he's literally traumatized from the experience?? I've never left a review but I'm in awe at the audacity this establishment has to even call themselves groomers.

Had an early appointment for my boy in to be groomed. Took that appointment because he was supposed to be second to be done. When I got there I was told 3 others were before him. When I picked him up I fid not recognize him when he came out. They did not scissor cut instead, instead sheared him down. Which you never do with a Bichons. It ruins their coats. He had not been bathed because he didn't even smell good. Looks like he had been used in training. Paid $60 for that to be done to him. I am so disappointed. I will never back to PetSmart for grooming.

Dog grooming was rough to say the least long hairs everywhere, uneven ears and face. Paid $96 to have my dog look like he'd been groomed by a kindergartener. Ears still dirty Inside and smelled like wet dog.

When I visited a few days ago, I had picked up some of the prescription snacks for my dog but realized when I got home that I had purchased the wrong type. I ordered the correct type on their website and returned today to pick them up and return the wrong ones I had purchased. I was not thrilled with the order process because it took them a very long time to verify the prescription (when it was written by their own clinic inside the store.)Setting that aside, my visit to the store today was delightful. The cashier was super friendly and made the whole return and order pick up process go very smoothly.
