My go to place for me and my girls pups. Staff is ok. Could gain to be more personal with customers. Some are good and some are meh. Still gotta keep going to get my food. Overall 4 of 5. Haven't done grooming or any other services but always room to improve.

My Cavapoo was groomed here tonight by Sonja. She did an AMAZING job! My dog looks great and I got exactly what I asked for!! Sonja, thank you so much for listening, hearing my concerns and delivering exactly what I asked for. You’re the best and my go to groomer from here on out!!

Very clean store! Employees are always helpful with any questions. I've had nothing but exceptional customer service with the Salon, Hotel and cashiers.

This is the most unprofessional Petsmart I have ever visited. The management was rude and treated me and my dogs with extreme hostility and bias because their groomers didn't complete the service. They had no knowledge of policy or procedures for their store....and wasted 5 hours of my time. I will go out of my way to other Petsmart locations where I have had outstanding experiences!

If I could give more stars I would. Sarah B did a great job on my pup. We had been a few times before and my pup wasn't doing too well and even began trembling the time before I scheduled with Sarah B. I upgraded her services along with her usual and Sarah listened to exactly what I wanted, and was so sweet and kind to my pup. So much so that my pup barely tried to get away from her, in comparison to a few separate occasions (one of which they stated she had to be held down - she's 10lbs, was about 7 at that time). So I was skeptical of people when handling Corazon but Sarah B had a great spirit and I could tell Corazon felt it too. It seemed she had a pretty good experience so no one but Sarah from now on! I would recommend her to anyone with a pet and that are very picky. Great service, 10 out of 10!! Thank you, Sarah B for making my baby's experience great each and every time, even when she gives you a bit of a hard time lol. We appreciate you!

Booked an appointment with groomer to have anal glands and nails done. Drop her off everything’s fine go to pick her up. They say they can only do the nails because she’s a larger dog and they have to be done internally and they do not do internal anal gland expressions here I told them the size and the weight of the dog when I was booking the appointment and nobody informed me that they could not do the procedure there when scheduling…She just booked me for it to be done and then they said at pickup they were unable to do it… I told them she was about 40 lbs lab/bird dog mix breed when booking appointment… Will not be using there grooming center ever again I should have read the reviews before booking 😬

With a disability caused by spinal issues, I find it difficult to walk. That includes traversing a parking lot to enter a store to make a purchase and carry it back out. I have become a regular user of the PetSmart app and ordering for curbside pickup.
I greatly appreciate the ease of getting stocked up with food for our hungry cats.
Prices? Not the cheapest around, but worth the service.

Groomers skinned my dogs face on one occasion (see photo). On another instance, the Pet Hotel nearly killed my dog. I heard excrutiating yelping when my dog was in the back, and they brought him out and laid him in my arms, nearly limp and bleeding from his bum. I spent hundreds at the vet afterward. I'm NEVER going back!
