Our experience at Primrose School of Old Orchard has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. During our initial tour, Ms. Esther took the time to thoughtfully walk us through the school and explain everything that makes Primrose so special. Her warmth and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us.
Throughout our time there, we’ve consistently seen how involved and committed Mr. Sheldon and Dr. Shelley are to the children’s development. Their presence and active engagement in the day-to-day life of the school truly reflect their passion and dedication to creating a nurturing environment.
The teachers have also been incredibly kind and attentive, which was especially clear in how quickly Yaz grew comfortable and formed connections with everyone. Seeing our child feel so happy and secure reaffirmed that we made the right choice.
If it weren’t for our upcoming move, we would have loved to continue being a part of the Primrose School of Old Orchard community for as long as possible. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness we've experienced here.

We recently enrolled our twin boys after an awful experience with previous daycare. We have seen such a positive change in our boys. They are more calm, intuitive and have a much stronger understanding of who they are. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have found Primrose of Old Orchard.

Our daughter has been going to Primrose for the past 6.5 months and it has been nothing but a great experience! We trust the staff and leadership and know our baby is in great hands. We love the daily communication/pictures and also love knowing what she is learning each day in the infant class. She is always happy when we drop her off and pick her up so we know she is being treated with care and love. We couldn’t recommend Primrose enough!

Our little one has been going here for 6 months (since I went back to work after maternity leave). She loves her teachers and we do too! Ms. Arlita and Ms. Natalie have been wonderful with her and we couldn't be happier.

The school and their staff are wonderful. My daughter loves going to this Primrose. They always go above and beyond and are always very caring and accommodating. I highly recommend this location!

We didn’t send our kid so can’t comment on the actual teachers or space. We were moving to the area and trying to quickly find care with about 3 weeks notice. Our child is on a pediatrician recommended delayed vaccine schedule due to vaccine reactions in our family, and when we told them this, we didn’t hear from them for a week and were told that all vaccines were required. Not upset about the requirement, but it was really frustrating to lose out on a week of searching during a tight timeline in an environment where it’s hard to find a daycare opening!

We have been apart of this family for almost 8 years and they have been an absolute godsend since day 1. Our oldest was there starting at 4 months old and we seriously mourned when we left for a couple years after our youngest was born. We were so happy to return a couple of years ago for summer camp and PreK! They do such a good job of connecting with our kids and planning epic fun things for breaks and summer.

The staff was always very sweet, and accommodating! I would totally recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a solid daycare or after school care program!The facility was always maintained well and clean, & the staff was always in communication with me and Cody! Which we appreciated!Our kiddo went to bluebonnet elementary and they do as of this year 2023-2024 transfers kiddos afterschool to Primrose of Old Orchard!I can’t thank them enough or say enough great things! 10/10 would recommend to any parent looking for a safe place for their babies to stay while they work!Thank you guys! I’m forever grateful!

My almost 3yo has been at Primrose since he was 1 and it has been a great experience for all of us. The kindness and patience of his teachers in every class leaves me confident that he is always well taken care of. I am constantly updated during the day of his activities, meals, bathroom breaks, notes from teachers or calls from the front office if something is out of the norm. And lots of pictures! His teachers have been supportive and encouraging, helping to potty train, giving me the names of books or songs they’ve sung in class that my son is asking me to sing. He is constantly coming home displaying new skills and vocabulary. Also, the fact that all of his meals and snacks are provided is a huge plus! The menu is on the healthier side compared to other daycares. The front office is always friendly and welcoming, and thoroughly on top of things. They are always planning some kind of special event or activity to do with the kids. The daycare itself is organized and while noisy (it is full of kids!) there’s no chaos. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks and I’m so happy I chose it for my son!

We found the school that truly serves our families needs, each & every day. From the daily communication regarding development & behavior to the above & beyond care received from staff, our trust in Primrose is solid. We will continue to chose a partnership with this amazing school as long as possible!!

I have had children going here for seven years, and I am safe to say that it is much worse today than when I started. The quality of the teachers, education, and structure are all lacking. Sadly, we agreed upon a price, and they wouldn't hold to their agreement. Do not go here.

Primrose of Old Orchard is outstanding. My newly two year shows me everyday just how much she is learning! Shapes, letters, numbers, social skills, manners, etc. I am thoroughly impressed with the management and rapport I’ve been able to build with the staff. I highly recommend this location to all my fellow parents. They have no problem making changes needed for the betterment and success of the children. Truly a place where I can say I feel my child’s needs are fully met first. Thank you Primrose Old Orchard! My toddler is on her way to brilliance and a great foundation is key.

We absolutely love the teachers and staff here! It's a great feeling knowing that your kiddo looks forward to going to class everyday ? Cost wise- they're pretty much as other daycares we looked at. Wouldn't you pay to know that your kiddos are in great hands!?! ♡
