Ive seen this tow truck on the side of the road , called the number , and basically wants to charge me $125 to even hook the car then 4$ a mile plus gas ! He said around $200+
Yikes no flat rates ? Jeeez i needed my car towed in the same apartment complex the tow truck is in ! Woow !

I would NOT recommend Pro Tow! I called to get a quote to tow my car 0.8 miles from my house. They stated $150. Once the driver came he told me it would be $215 due to loading and mileage fees. I let him know that I did not agree to that cost and wanted to talk to the office. He charged my card for the $215 and left, he was very rude. When I called the office to discuss the dispute on price they stated they would refund the difference. Should have been a $65 refund and they only provided $30.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse today and he was fantastic! He asked me what was going on with my truck before towing it, and I narrowed it down to the fuel pump, he listened and helped me get my truck started! I am so grateful for him and the team at Pro Tow.

Very late review:::
Aug 29 I had to call PRO-TOW for assistance with towing my Bronco because the officers were insisting that I allow my vehicle to go to their tow company yard (which would incur high fees daily). I called and PRO-TOW dispatched Jesse, who in one of the most stressful situations, eased my mind. He loaded it up and took it to my requested location with no issues. After he unloaded it, he rechecked on us to ensure we were feeling okay. He was the nicest tow truck operator I’ve ever dealt with (personally and professionally).
Fast forward to Sept 8 and my youngest daughter was also hit on I-35E and, again, the officers had a preference of where to tow her vehicle. I called PRO-TOW and requested Jesse as I knew he would take good care of the situation and I couldn’t be there. Again, he exceeded expectations and was the easiest gentleman to deal with in a very stressful and scary situation.
I can’t express how grateful I am that I met Jesse and that he was available the 2nd call. If you are ever in a position where you need an amazing and understanding operator, call PRO-TOW and request Jesse! His knowledge and experience will allow you to focus on other important things that need to be addressed! It makes a difference when someone cares. Thank you Jesse

Scott at Lewisville Pro-Tow is great. He was there very quickly and help get my car out of harms way after a traffic accident. He gave me a ride to the body shop as well. Thanks Pro-Tow.

Went through my insurance, who requested ProTow for roadside assistance. Estimated wait was was 1 hour, and it's been over 1.5 hours. Tried calling ProTow, was immediately put on hold, 5 minutes later still on hold. Kept my insurance on hold too. took 10 minutes to answer the phone. Then the driver is still hooked to the last tow, and is ANOTHER hour out. Expectations are everything. Not pleased with the companies responsiveness or timeliness. 2.5 hours is ridiculous!

First time ever needing my vehicle towed. Was not sure what to do but Jesse made this experience go smoothly. I appreciated that he stayed in contact with me with a phone call and text letting me know his ETA and when my vehicle was delivered. He even tried to help get the car started. Will definitely keep his contact and share with the people I know.
