Rented 2 units, paid a full month in advance. Then started getting notices of late fees, and thank you for moving out. Every time we called we were told it would be handled. Then we received lien notices...this all within 2 weeks of signing up and no money was due. Complete and udder incompetence by the on site employees no manager ever reached out to assist or problem solve. Go anywhere but here.

My brother-in-law rented an indoor storage unit. The employee was very nice and helpful. Due to his limitations, she made it easier to come in without using ramps or stairs and got a closer unit to the entrance door. If I had to use this place personally, I would recommend it.

Management is never available. Gates are always down. Here for one month and got out as fast as I could. Highly recommend U-Haul of Lake Lewisville instead. There is always someone there to assist.

I had an inside air condition unit for about 3 months. The pricing work within my budget. The staff there we're very courteous and knowledgeable. Getting into the property and into the buildings made it easy with all the electronic doors. The property was very clean inside and out. This is why I gave them five*****.

Monthly payment has increased from 175 in march of last year to 300 this year. You cannot renew and change units to get their advertised rates unless you vacate the current unit and wait 7 days as an obstacle to prevent you from doing this. Almost doubling rent in a year is not keeping up with inflation they are just increasing it until you get annoyed enough so they can repeat this process with the next person. Only recommendation is using them as a short term storage unit but it’s obvious they don’t care about retaining current customers.I also read through their responses to the negative reviews and LOL why even bother responding.

Raised my monthly rental rate twice within a 6-month period, for a 70% increase in monthly rate within a period of less than 6 months. Office is frequently (more often than not) closed and locked during normal business hours. Carts not available on move-in and move-out days due to office closed during the day both times. Restrooms frequently locked or unavailable. Gate access code has stopped working. One particular employee is intentionally unhelpful and rude, and unwilling to accomodate reasonable requests such as a request to be reassigned to another identical unit in the same building. They said they couldn’t do it, but I know they can do this if they actually wanted to help (since I’ve done it before), and it was obvious they were determined to not make any effort to be helpful. How this person got into a customer service position is one of life’s mysteries. The sooner I can get out of here the better.
