I went to this location because it was a little closer to my home. I was greeted by an older lady. When I told her I was there to get my boots cleaned and polished she was very quick to tell me that they are not allowed to do this as the landlord won’t allow cleaning of boots. I’m not sure how true that was but when she found out I wasn’t there to buy boots her attitude quickly changed. I recommend the Plano location as they are so much better to interact with.

The customer service at this location was absolutely horrendous. Me and my boyfriend went here with a PPE voucher he received from his job. The lady working there hates her job. When my boyfriend had questions about the type of shoes were included in the voucher policy she responded as if we were asking her to apply them to shoes excluded from the policy. She advised us to go somewhere else because she wasn’t going to get into all of that. And when we agreed to do so ran over and said don’t forget your voucher. We left very confused at the treatment we received, I think she thought we couldn’t afford to shop there without it. Very disappointed in the service at the Lewisville location. The star is solely for the lady working as I’m sure the company has no idea she is representing them this way.

This review has been REMOVED TWICE! Boots taken for the reconditioning warranty & not happy at all. Boot oil was applied, that was ok but laces were not replaced, the insoles were replaced but worse than what was in them originally. To top it off, they applied some sort of sticky stuff on the bottom of the boots, which should be good but was an ENORMOUS amount & has disintegrated the bottom of my boots to the point that I’ll have to replace the boots. The very bottom of my boots are gone! Ridiculous that I took my boots for a normal reconditioning & now have to go purchase another pair. My next purchase WILL NOT be Red Wing boots this time!!! Horrible experience. Never again.

Went in to this Red Wing location as I needed a new pair of boots. Got almost 2 years out of my old pair of Hawkins Steel Toes, but needed something fresh. Talked to Tony for a while, tired on various boots, and finally landed on the Dynaforce 8” steel toe. Tony was an incredibly friendly, very helpful man that knew his stuff when it comes to the boots he sell. It was a wonderful experience, and this will definitely be the location I return to for more boots. Cannot say enough good things about this location!!!
