I came here to get a video that I was looking at online. Upon my arrival I checked here at the kiosk and found that the indicator was that I was not in the system. I tried the other side and lo and behold it came up with my registration for the movie that I reserved online. I was about to leave before the computer system came up with the registration that indicated that I was legitimately at the right spot. Getting the DVD was okay but the whole process left me a little bit disappointed.
