If you are in the middle of a bankruptcy or if it’s discharge I urge you to contact Reid’s Auto Connection ASAP. I filed a Chapter 7 and my former lien holder tried to strong arm me into reaffirming a car loan for a 12 yr old car. Their attorney told my attorney that I could not retain and pay (even though I never missed a payment) and that was some BULLSH*T! So I called Mr Reid Anderson on a Friday and by Sunday I had a 2022 Toyota Corolla 🤗 Reid was very professional, kind and understanding. And I was truly appreciative and relieved 🙂. AND my car not went from $622/monthly to $490/monthly on top of that. If I could give this man 10 stars I would. He is truly a life saver 😌

The only thing I can say is Mr.Reid was a life saver!!! I was going through some financial stuff (Bankruptcy) and I called him inquiring about a vehicle, he assured me he could help me and that he did!!!!!! I live in Houston which is over 4hrs away so I literally was purchasing the vehicle blind sided but I trusted him. He got everything started on a Monday or Tuesday and by Thursday he got me approved for a 2024 suv in December of 2024 with only 17,000 miles on it and he didn’t stop there my down payment was $0 and he purchased me a plane ticket for me to come pick up the vehicle. I would advise anyone to contact him be straight up with him on what you want and he will definitely be straight up with you in return.

After the big mess he got me as stated in my previous review. He then calls me and tells me I need to not text message him or email him because he don’t read messages or don’t have time. I emailed him and he finally replied back and says this. See pictures !!! Obviously, I have concerns and questions which he don’t want to answer or hear he keeps dodging my questions I have. But he can only answer my calls now. Well these messages show how he is. He tells me on the phone when I ask him about the option he told me about and was giving me and wasn’t not even 30 minutes from the message he sent me. I ask him ok well what year is the vehicle and will it be different payments. He tells me oh that vehicle sold already. Really in those less than 30 minutes I took to call him it sold. He said he didn’t have any other vehicles. Wow ok. Said the paperwork the bank sent him back can be still used I just need to provide him my check stub yet again and how many hours I will be making as full time well everyone knows full time is 40 hours. He also said that I can make the payments to him and it will be take off my loan. Really?? Without even a bank approval?? Like,not sure what kind of crap this is ? Yet he’s doing me a favor! Like why did you even give me a vehicle when u didn’t have a banks approval to begin with in the first place! Of course I’m have concerns and question! Who wouldn’t?? But he has the audacity of telling me to be grateful and stop being abrasive with him I don’t think I have been being that way with him. If I’m asking questions and making sure things get done. So if you have read my posts and want to know how he really is look at the pictures! He don’t appreciate people like he says veteran or not.He puts a nice and wonderful front. Paints a pretty picture for you. Just be careful and make sure you watch out if you think all theses reviews he says he’s got are accurate. Look further into it that’s the mistake I made I didn’t check much into it. The vehicle isn’t even is good shape it needs an alignment, didn’t even have a spare tire when I had ask to begin with it it had one he said yes. But it didn’t! Yes all this crap is very concerning to me I’m sure it would be for anyone! So please read up on this and old reviews. Don’t get into a situation like I am in right now! Save your time! So tired of this crap!!

What an easy experience! I called and spoke to Reid who was so helpful and kind. We talked about what I was looking for and Reid knew just the vehicle we needed. My Husband and I went into the office and within an hour and 30 minutes we were driving out with a beautiful 2023 Kia Sportage which is exactly what we were looking for. No hassling, just honest conversation and great service. Thanks for making it so easy Reid. We love our new car and appreciate you for working with us.

Had the best experience ever he even help u lie to the bank to get u in the car the best service I had till it was time to get my plates I had my car for almost 4 months and the car is still not registered to me and he giving me the run around. One thing I hate is a lien person. Don’t cost me extra and think imma keep being nice. I’m a very mean person 🤷🏾♂️

If you're here, you're reading these reviews. It's more than likely because you're going through a bankruptcy or have had a bankruptcy and it's just hard for you to get a car. I just have to say Mr. Reid was so sweet and kind. He made the process very comfortable. I doubted him the first time he called and I never followed through. So the second time when he called I decided to go on ahead and give him a shout and everything he promised he delivered on I left there feeling like this was a fresh start for me. A chance for me to actually get my life back together. He had to have been one of God's angels because the last thing he told me before I left there was to go get something besides ramen for me and my son to eat. But I told him it's crazy because the night before that was what I had bought to hold us over for the next few days cuz I wasn't too sure as to what was going to happen. He's an amazing man. Doing great things and I will gladly gladly send anybody who has gone through Bankruptcy or is going through a bankruptcy to him

This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Mr. Anderson is a blessing in disguise. The entire process happened fairly quickly. As a single mother of a 20 year old boy, I had to make a small sacrifice to turn over my vehicle to my son so that he can get to and from school and work. Why not, I mean I only work 1.8 miles from my job. I was riding my ebike to and from work until my brakes stopped working. I had a tough decision to make....fix my brakes or get a car... Here we are in October, the cold is coming, so car it is! Mr. Anderson made it all happen for me hassle free. He got me into my new Honda and I absolutely love it! Thank you Mr. Anderson for all you have done! FYI, the grandson approves!

I came here looking to buy a first car for my teenage daughter. Reid greeted me, shook my hand and didn't even try to sell me a car. He advised that I keep an eye on FaceBook Marketplace. What a good dude! If I am ever in the market for a used car, Reid will be my first visit. Thank you Reid!

Most horrible experience that I have had in years. He was going to purchase my car, but didn'tWhen I got it back my spare tire and jack were missing. The driver's rear tail light was broken. The front passenger bumper was hanging and there were scratches all over the font and both sides that weren't there before. And there had been 9,556 miles put on the car since I had it. Be very careful if you want to use him.
