Without a doubt the best moving experience i have ever had (moved 5 times). They moved multiple 500 lbs items and did it in the most professional manner and safest manner with not damage to home, walls or structures. A+++++++++++. Literally best service ever

Disassembled and reassembled our pelotons to move it down staircases. They were so fast and strong. Something like that would have taken us all day to figure out. Glad for their speedy and professional service!

The best moving service on the planet! We had a mold issue and had to move rapidly. They packed the entire house and moved everything. Can’t say enough good things about them! They protected all of our house, including the carpets, doors and walls so nothing got damaged while moving in or out. Thanks again guys!!

I was assisted by this company in February and was elated with how good the moving process was. Mike and Johny are fantastic. However, during the move in one of them broke a pipe in the wall of my apartment. The damage was serious enough to warrant the main being shut off for repairs. A rental insurance claim was filed by the complex and I had to pay a deductible of $250 dollars.
When I informed Daniel Rescue Movers (Rescue Moving Services) of this over the phone I was told, verbally, that they would cover it as long as I submitted a receipt. Having paid it, and submitted my receipt, I waited over a week for my reimbursement but never received it. Upon calling to ask about where the payment was I was told that the gentlemen who assisted me were NOT supposed to touch the water lines at all, but that THEIR insurance only covered my furniture. When I explained (to the same man who told me that my reimbursement was only a receipt away, I might add) that this is nonsense and that making me pay for their damages was ridiculous I was talked to in circles. Where I was told, again, that the movers did something they weren't supposed to and given an apology. Which is exactly the point, yet they would not reimburse me for the roundabout reason of 'because.'
This business has made a customer front a $250 dollar bill for damages THEY caused during THEIR job while THEIR workers did something THEY knew NOT to do. I was informed that their hands are tied and that no reimbursement can be made for no specific reason. This is a frightening business practice and for the sake of other people I would not trust these men.

On 3/9, Rescue Moving Services took my belongings from Lewisville to Denton. This was the 2nd time I've needed their services in 5 years, and both times have been absolutely incredible. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, careful, professional movers. They moved my Antique Heirloom Furniture, with not a single scratch or break on the 120 year old wood and glass. They took apart and reassembled bed frames and recliners. They hauled all the heavy stuff, so you don't have to! The price is competitive and this is a Small Business, so you know your dollar is putting bread on a table. I've used them before, and I will use them for as long as they stay in business.

I hired Rescue Moving Services because it was the best option for me considering the time they have been in business and also because of the high review rating they have. The price was competitive with other local moving companies here in the Lewisville area. They arrived at my house on time and explained the moving process to me and started with the boxes first and then the furniture. They were very professional and respectful. They also placed and assembled all the furniture in my new house. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tito and Mike for my move, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience they provided. Having relocated several times for work, I’ve dealt with a variety of movers, but Tito and Mike set the bar at a whole new level. Not only were they highly professional, but they were also extremely sensitive to the personal challenges I’m currently facing in my life. Their patience, careful handling, and open communication made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.
What stood out the most was their ability to make me feel comfortable during such a delicate time. They were both incredibly understanding of the situation between my wife and me, and their respectful, empathetic approach truly made all the difference. Tito and Mike handled everything with precision and care, making this the best moving experience I’ve ever had. These gentlemen deserve all the credit for turning a typically stressful experience into something positive and supportive. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Lesson number one in driving a car with your logo and phone number all over it: do not drive aggressively and cut people off. It’s just bad marketing. I would not trust anyone to move my items if they are going to drive as recklessly as your brown Jeep truck did on Main Street in Lewisville. You almost caused an accident.
