Walked in to soak my nails off but something about Sue made me comfortable to have her do a full set and it was worth it. My nails are beautifully done and she was very thorough.

Cindy was amazing, she was able to do exactly what I wanted. I was a little apprehensive about asking for such an intricate design on my first appointment, but she did a great job. I would highly recommend her.

I got my nails done Friday. A full set with gel polish. I had an event to go to in Virginia Saturday afternoon. Well all my nail polish was chipping by Saturday. Not even a complete 24 hours. No way this was Gel. If it was it was watered down. I liked Cindy's customer service but using cheap products or lying about Gel when it's not, I can't spend my money with Rose Nails. It was 45 for Gel full set and I tipped her 10. Only to not get what I paid for. It's not the price but the principal. Not a satisfied customer and they definitely can't get anymore of my MONEY ‼‼‼‼

The lady that was doing my nails on monday was too lazy to add the colors i wanted so she convinced me that clear and simple was still nice. She still charged me the same amount (45) for these short simple clear acrylics. 4 days later one broke off already. Quality: 1/5. … service 1/5 as well. Never coming back again lol.

Went with my mother and grandmother got my nails painted purple. My first ever pedicure but I was oddly surprised considering i was wearing full blown 11.5 Nikes. Got the massage paint file and clip can't complain.Services: Acrylic nails

I really hate to leave bad reviews about places but I was very disappointed today. ?I normally do my own nails at home and have been doing them for over 4 years. Today I decided to treat myself and my mother since I was too tired and have an event to go to later tonight.This was my first time at this location and I decided to bring my mother along for her very first pedicure ever. Walking in, we were greeted nicely and seated quickly so I had high hopes. They started with my mother and unfortunately, they rushed through the pedicure even though they were not busy. Someone else came by and did mine and also rushed. I was really looking forward to the foot massage part of the pedicure and was quite sad when it lasted roughly 5 minutes total. The polish application was also disappointing. I chose a light pink shade and by the end of the pedicure, I could see a lot of streaks.To top it off, when I got up to pay, they informed me that they were only taking cash because their card reader was broken - something they failed to mention from the beginning. I personally never carry cash so I had to leave my mom at the salon while I drove to the bank to pull out cash.If they had been busy, I would understand the lack of attention and rushed job, but we both felt that what we paid was not worth the service we received. I had had come home and apply a gel glitter coat on top to hide the streaky application. Needless to say, I will not be returning.Service: Pedicures
