Soccer City is a helpful and well-stocked store that offers a great selection of soccer cleats and apparel. The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, often going above and beyond to assist customers in finding the right products. Customers appreciate that employees do not try to push the most expensive items and instead focus on providing good advice and service. Many reviewers highlight the helpfulness of staff members like Mr. Brown, Shawn, and Ali, who make customers feel comfortable and well-informed during their visits. The store has a large collection of soccer cleats, including rare colorways, though some customers have experienced stock shortages, which can leave them unsatisfied. Despite occasional stocking issues, the overall service remains excellent. Customers also mention that the staff is kind and attentive, sometimes even gifting soccer balls to children. Prices are considered reasonable, and the selection is great, making Soccer City a popular destination for soccer players in Dallas seeking quality products and caring service.
My son was in there today and Mr. Brown was SO helpful. We have been on the hunt for a good solid cleat since we are starting competitive play, and he took the time to work through multiple pairs of cleats and help find the perfect pair. 10/10 recommend!

I went to soccer city to find a new pair of cleats when Mr Brown introduced himself and helped me find cleats I wouldn’t have picked out myself. I was very grateful he was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend asking for Mr Brown at this location.
