Dispute resolution impossible to deal with. Had me on hold for 3 hours combined. Charged me for trial I cancelled. Unethical. Hopefully streaming takes these crooks down.

I went in this location approx a half hr after it opened. I had great service from their employee. Tamara (I hope I got the name right) was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door. During activation process of my iPhone she also helped me look for information I was not prepared with an answer. The entire activation process did not take long at all. That is what I call service!

Waited 45 mins to add 2 phone lines as an authorized user only to be told I can’t. Went to the other store and they did anything for me

Juan & Tametra were AWESOME!!! Went in to set up new service & they helped answer all my questions. They were both VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!

DO NOT go here. Customer service is horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. If I could give less stars I would. Dealing with Spectrum on the phone is not any better. Customer service sucks all around with this company.

We’ve recently updated our controllers; at your request; now, the channel guide is horrendous, with very long delays. Do you have an alternative or a proper patch to make this less frustrating. Lag is horrible, streaming sometimes is very low resolution. Your service was exceptional for years, so I stayed and paid the high prices; now? Not so much, looking elsewhere.

Cordell was super helpful in getting some issues taken care of today. Have always had great customer service experience from spectrum and happy to see it continues even when needed to go into the store. I look forward to the continued service I have received to date. The app is also very helpful.

Here we go AGAIN, no internet for 2+ hours. Literally happens multiple times a week. Sometimes you get a good run going where it doesn’t go out for a month or two but if it does it’ll only be for a few mins. Usually it’s hours though. And get this it went up from $50 to $70 because a promotion ended. What a joke.

Completely worthless for internet. Goes out every time it rains - makes working from home impossible. Was fine until the last couple of months. Hassle to cancel. Won’t prorate anything yet require return of equipment even though you are still paying for the service.

Everyone did an outstanding job, we had a lot of trouble switching from old company Verizon to Spectrum but they stayed with it and got her done.!!
