DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS HERE! Last night I bought a Visa that some Ahole screwed with the card & pin and it was impossible to set up or report comprised for WAY TOO LONG!! And there were many more discovered by Staff member "T" in a very short span of time!! But per Target's crap policies that make the victim suffer longer, after 3 hours on the phone , I was told it would be 14 days before I'd see my refund!! What a bunch of BULLSHIT! Filed a police report and Im pretty sure I walked up on the couple that were leaving the tampered cards and their baby in a stroller! Best part Target has EXCELLENT VIDEO SURVEILLANCE , and the time stamp! POS criminal trash scum Y'all need a job and to learn some respect ! STOP STEALING and BEING LOSERS ! AND DEFINITELY QUIT REPRODUCING IF YOU ARE GOING TO JUST KEEP BREEDING CRIMINALS!! I HOPE THEY TRACK YOU DOWN AND PRESS CHARGES TOO!! Enough is ENOUGH of taking what you DID NOT WORK FOR!! BUYER BEWARE IN THE 35/121 area STORES!! These criminals are not new at this. And they are definitely looking to rip off anyone they can!!

Target is my jam and this location does not disappoint. I've made countless trips and only one small hiccup. But as expected, it was resolved in a timely manner. Good customer service, well stocked, and cleanliness is what it takes to satisfy me.

This has been our go to location for years. Excellent location, clean, stocked and friendly staff. A few days ago we were assisted by a sweet and friendly lady named Jada at guest services. It was towards the end of the day - Jada was eager to help and made sure we got taken care of. Thank you Jada! Would recommend!

Worst customer service. Employees are totally useless. Asked a certain employee about a food product not having an expiration date and he shrugged and told me to look it up on google. Wtf? Really? So I'm supposed to do the job he's hired for? Absolutely ridiculous. Employees are like zombies here. Avoid!

Shopping here brings to mind that once famous slogan "get in get out get on with your life" (I know it didn't belong to Target, but hey it still works!). What I'm referring to is accessibility and it's the primary reason that this is my favorite location, otherwise, this particular Target isn't fundamentally different than any of the others in the area as far as the merchandise they carry or layout of the store. Being directly off I35E and Hebron pkwy facilitates getting to and from this shopping center without the burden of of too much congestion along the way. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about it's Flower Mound counterpart which is surrounded by numerous other shopping centers, and large intersections with traffic lights that take forever. The parking lot is expansive without the hindrance of excessive shrubbery or trees to maneuver around. And the ease of movement extends to the inside of the store as well. At any given time of the day it seems to be less crowded than other at locations.Anything beyond accessibility isn't factored into my rating because it's the only constant among too many variables to consider. Whether the experience is positive or negative can depend entirely on when you happen to be shopping. There are times when the produce is fresh, and other times when it's less so. The products you want may or may not be in stock. The employees you interact with could be cheerful and friendly or they could be tired and grumpy...and so on.

My husband and I have come here for about a year, but we're getting tired of: A. The food items are constantly out of stock. We can no longer grocery shop here because of the lack of consistent inventory of grocery items. B. The workers are either no where to be found, or I ask for help to find an item and they just say "I'm not sure, sorry" hello, you work here. If you don't know, get someone who does. C. The restrooms are ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Every single time we go in. Will post pictures of that. I love target but this location is rough.

Went to pick-up a cake we ordered for our daughter's bday. Got to the bakery and an "employee" literally threw her hands up and said I don't work in this department and walked off. While I was standing at the counter I saw another employee, Jaylen, stocking produce. He totally dropped everything he was doing to help get our order. There is definitely an employee shortage. A shortage of employees like Jaylen. That 1st employee either really didn't like their job or have no clue what "customer service" is. Thank you so much to Jaylen for saving the day and saving our birthday party!

I've been going here for over a year now, and I love it! Pretty clean and organized. Nice cashiers and staff to help us find things. I've never had an issue with finding a product or dealing with a cashier. I wish Target's corporate office would renovate this location's restrooms. I wouldn't suggest some of the produce (honestly most Targets I've been to in the NRH/Grapevine/Plano/Frisco areas don't have the best looking produce...just go to Kroger for produce).

There was a woman with long black hair and long neon pink nails at the self-check out that did not say a word after I asked her that she did not remove the magnet tags. I drove all the way back to just have them removed. After saying thank you, she did not respond and rolled her eyes.

I recently moved to Lewisville from downtown Dallas Victory Park to be exact. I loved be able to take a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb (in bougieville) and find items I wanted and or needed. This Target is right up the road from me and I visit probably 3-4 times a week (or have groceries delivered). Their produce is subpar. The green leaf lettuce or I should say ALL their lettuce is TRASH. They lay that overpriced wilted OLD lettuce out there as if it's going to sell. The meat area is a JOKE in itself. I use to really enjoy buying from Target over going to Walmart but this store is sad. What really agitates me is the FACT that since living in Lewisville I've noticed the African American population is huge (way larger then where I resided before) yet they dont carry Collard Greens AT ALL!?!?! No roasted Turkey legs, No salt pork, no neck bones NOTHING I was able to buy living in BOUGIEVILLE Victory Park Dallas. How the heck do people season their food? Can't even make some of my favorite holiday traditional foods. This store needs to get it together smh...

This store is organized and well kept, unfortunately one bad apple can ruin the experience. While finishing my shopping for Shipt, the lady working the self checkout area was flat out rude. We made eye contact, I notified her I was with Shipt and had an order to process and she rudely said "you'll have to wait until I'm finished with what I am doing". She was wiping down a kiosk, and I was in no hurry. Next, she walked right passed me and into the main isle and told me I would have to walk over to her so she can scan the order (keep in mind I was right beside her when I approached self-checkout and she had her scanner in her pocket). Well, I did, she scanned my phone and walked back to the self-checkout kiosks. No need to be rude, but I would think management might want to put a friendly face in her place.

Manager Chase was absolutely amazing!! Such a great and friendly guy that made us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers. We had quite a difficult purchase situation and he handled it so well and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Chase and the entire Lewisville Target location!

Worst customer service ever. Idgaf that we're in a pandemic, you don't treat customers like they are stupid or don't exist! Two weeks ago I shopped here and the supervisor (I was at the self checkout) was talking OVER ME with her coworker. Number one, there's a virus traveling around.. don't breathe or talk near me, number two, don't talk over me like I'm not even standing there! This afternoon I went back for the last time. Cashier yelled to get my items off conveyer belt because previous customer wasn't done and that there is a sign. There was no sign. No greeting or how are you either.

Attempted to use the ATM inside of this location and the ATM ate my card. A screen popped up saying I had to use another ATM but never gave me my card back. When I asked an employee for help they said 'Yea that machine has been flagged, you'll have to call the 1-844 number.' There was no signage or printed material that stated that the ATM was flagged. This was and is complete b******* and inexcusable and horrible
