Literally have been on a waitlist for over a year.. you mean to tell me no kids have moved up or left this school within a year or are we not accepting any children who are on ccms?? Very sad

Our son went to this daycare for over 2 years and we loved it! We had the best experience. From the director, Ms Carla, to all the staff and teachers. Everyone took amazing care of our son and made us feel like family. We are extremely thankful for all the love and care everyone gave our son, specially Ms. Vicki, Ms. Alex, Ms. D, Ms. Mari. We relocated to a different area so we had to leave it, but would recommend it to anyone looking for care for their children.

This day care infant’s teachers Ms.Joan is very nice.But Mrs.Berna she is so arrogant.Always sleeps in the rocking chairs while rocking the babies to sleep.She wants to do only that job so that she can take a nap?.All the work assistant teachers need to do.Always use one babies diaper creams to others. One baby thing to other babies.She forgets everything.I don’t understand why the management still keeping her.

Hi my kids been at childrens court yard almost two years , I was lied on by staff Michelle and I always got attitude from Mrs . Alex this young girl that is so rude and I gave her attitude which I know she could hear in my voice . The girl that work there said I made a threatening comment which I didn’t at all I was mad but Alex never heard me cuss or say anything threatening I wasnt going to do anything to her which I never before so why now .Now I had a attitude but I didn’t threaten anyone ever that’s were they went wrong at and lied …roll the cameras back and also roll the cameras back to Wednesday when. Alex yell at my son Carter . I toll Mrs Karla if the disrupt my care which they did I’m going to get lawyers involve now and made me lose time at work .I’m Also going to channel 8 news and let them now what happen but this all started with incorrect accident report that they gave me .My son has cut his hair off 2 in they care some of there workers are good some don’t pay attention I sit there and I look on the camera .my son cut the doll hair and his but they only notice the doll . My son told them the next day and they wrote a report but they always miss what happen to my kids I have to tell them then they write the report …my daughter had dis coloration on her head ask we’re is came from no one new then my son playing foot ball and hurt his finger it was swollen and they didn’t give him a ice pack so o had to take care of it . Mrs Corey she is very lazy and she told my nine year old son he just learn how to tie his shoes , which he came home crying and she mess with his confidence .My son Carson is just active five that does a lot but they just wanted us out of ther daycare so they told me my last day was yesterday but still took my Money which this should have been done don’t and don’t bring the kids to school Monday until further notice but they didn’t the took my money and I’m a CCS Family ,then I ask for the person over Mrs Karla and she Giives me Jennifer Leblanc who don’t respond to emails but I’m going to blast the truth on all social media for being on because all I said was she doesn’t know me I don’t play about my kids that’s was it and people lieing pretending like there scared but they are not .Alex keeps her job when Mrs Karla said I will talk about being rude to parents that should be zero tolrence but it’s not and it’s about Alex set right there iin front of Mrs Vickey and be rude and I was rude back as well.This daycare will close soon because they can’t pay enough workers and the front is always empty around 3 pm no at the front they very un organized and I will find a better place but I will keep posting every day until Mrs Leblanc calls me file://file://l

We have been here coming up on a year now and I don’t have anything negative to say. I have an autistic son and the teachers and management have gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs! It’s hard to find a daycare where you can drop your kids off and trust they are in safe and caring hands! I wouldn’t take my 3 kiddos anywhere else! Thanks CCY!

I was a bit skeptical in taking my 2 year old to daycare but I’m pleasantly surprised. The day are is awesome. My daughter loves her teacher and classmates and gets excited everyday to come to school. Thank you guys keep up the good work

There is a child that continues to hit all the other children (including mine)that attend this facility and no one seems to do anything! The child apparently hits the teachers there as well! Do not bring your children here. Your child will get hurt

Think twice before sending your child here. There is a reason they are cheaper than other centers in the area. You get what you pay for. There is also a reason why they have closed two of the three campuses here (along with another location in FM) while other similar child care centers are completely full. They also have a rotating door for staff which is a BIG red flag. That shows that the directors and management are not capable.

Do not let your child go to miss Karen's class in the 2-3 year olds. They cry and beg not to go to her class. She is unprofessional and the management does not help with the issues. Find other services for your child, this is not it!

Now i see why the worst review got the most likes, am usually positive and don't write reviews, but for this, i would come here and give my honest review hopefully am treated better, though it looking careless and bad for now. but as soon as i get a doctor report and the child care protective services report then i would come back and post my review and how we were treated

Reposted due to management having honest review about our experience at their center deleted. Unfortunately deceptive business practices as such; are illegal and violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act. It also interferes with parents/consumers right to make an Informed decision before engaging with any operating business. I will not be silenced about the negligent care my daughter experienced at this center. Parents beware of this daycare deleting reviews in an attempt to conceal negative experiences. This is ILLEGAL! and I will be reporting every review you delete.This daycare discriminated against my special needs daughter. She was served cold food, and though the daycare was aware of her feeding disorder, instead of encouraging her to eat, or at least the bare minimum of redirecting her back to the table with the other kids, Ms. Lindsey would give her toys and put her in a corner so she wouldn't have to be bothered. Thus causing my child to lose significant amounts of weight, fall behind on her growth curve, and setting unhealthy meal time expectations that she didn't have to eat. This daycare has allowed the teachers to adapt a babysitter mindset, and abandon the teacher expectations. As long as the child isn't bothering them, or making them work, allow the kids to do what they want. It is very unfortunate. Too many times my child wasnt served snack from home. It magically disappeared. They lost my daughters EpiPen and allowed her to attend for MONTHS before bringing it to my attention. Imagine if my child would've ingested something shes severely allergic to? How would they have saved her life!! To be made a mockery of by the District Manager Ryan who Snidely told me I should've called licensing when they lost the EpiPen. This daycare lacks the compassion and advocacy for children that any childcare center should have before being allowed to care for innocent children. This daycare wrote an incident report on my 2 year old because she was squirming when the teacher tried to put her shoe on causing the teacher to twist her hand. Now the teacher is walking around in a cast and arm sling stating she's in too much pain to change diapers. A 27 pound child caused your hand that much damage?? Its comical. This is the same teacher who had to be removed from the toddler classroom and made a floater because she was "overwhelmed" you then make her a lead teacher in Early preschool where the ratios are even higher? Where the kids need more supervision? How irresponsible is that. I will not allow her to use my child for her workmans comp scheme. I was watching the camera during this incident and nothing my TODDLER did would've caused any kind of injury. Potential parents find a daycare where the teachers don't expect to sit all day, not address parent concerns and feel "threatened" when a parent challenges or disagrees with a decision. Teachers who engage with the children and have a passion for teaching. Parents of children with special needs , parents of children with different ethnic backgrounds go where you're child is CELEBRATED NOT TOLERATED. If you were also discriminated against by this daycare, please reach out to me. I will not allow this to happen to another parent!

This school has many wonderful and smart individuals. The teachers give their all every single day and pour their heart into their students. There is true learning and developing taking place at this school every day. There is a lot of love in this building and its great to watch the many people, parents and students, affected by it!

I will not go too far into detail about this, but if you receive a start date and are told that you are hired, assume that you are not. If this is the lack of respect with which you treat (no longer) future staff, I can only imagine how this business treats children.I cancelled 2 job interviews that could have actually hired me.
