“Jai here at city smoke shop in Lewisville was very very helpful and considerate to our issue we had bought a product and the product come to find out was missing items out of it and he took the time to check other stores for the similar product so we could exchange but they were all out so he gave us an equal to the cost off deal on another item we purchased I highly recommend coming to city smoke in Lewisville great customer service is hard to find these days and Jai at city smoke is the example of how all companies should treat their customers I will return here for all my smoke needs”

“Oh man! I had to run yesterday to this store because I heard they now have the Trujillo Cuarenta tequila straight from the Motherland. As a Jalisco native, I’ve been longing a good tequila to hit the shelves. This blanco tequila is made with organic agave and an original volcano milling stone is used. Truly one of a kind experience straight from Los Altos de Jalisco!!”
“I’m the gentleman in the cowboy hat as the kind young man at the counter commonly refers to me. I want to give an honest review, I am a very specific buyer some might say I “hunt”. These folks do a great job a providing a good nice selection at moderate prices. It’s not allocation heaven but they try to keep some variety around. My only critique, I attended the December event and I must admit we all know folks wait the whole year for that special Christmas bottle but you have to make those prices a little bit closer to MSRP. I will keep bringing my business to you folks keep up the good work.”

“The only reason I give three stars is for the lady I see most in the afternoon. The two girls you have working the later hours are rude. Consistently giggling or having something smart to say. Talking about glass roses being directly on display and one of goes yeah people in this area be buying them. Even so kind of a diabolical thing to have displayed. Do better.
Update: I had a much better experience when going in with the two girls they greeted me and were friendly. But still displaying glass roses. Can’t get 100% behind that that’s why I left at four stars instead of five.”
