MARIAM is the WORST pharmacist I have ever delt with. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while. At first it was great. My scripts were filled on time, the staff paid attention, and called if there were any problems. Since I’ve been dealing with Mariam I’ve had issues ever refill. She does not pay attention to the information given to her, I have to explain to her how my insurance works every time I call, and she is EXTREMELY rude, and has told me multiple times she doesn’t “ have time for me” this is her job. She is supposed to “have time” to figure out why prescriptions aren’t getting filled, or why prescriptions sit for multiple days without getting filled. Like today she basically scolded me saying I “just called it in” when I actually called it in yesterday morning at 10AM (for which I have the proof) I asked her if she had the medication then, she said yes, I asked then why have I been waiting for two days for it, and she yells at me about not having time to talk to me. I’ve had to have my doctor call them multiple times to straighten out something simple. I will come to this pharmacy again when she is gone.

went with my mom for her to get a shot she scheduled. the lady, i unfortunately didn’t get her name was extremely rude. looked very unhappy to help a customer. my mom just left didn’t want to even bother with the pharm tech.

I normally am fine with the day time service but at night all the self service lanes are closed. I was in the only open lane with just one group ahead of me. An employee opened the lane next to me and signaled me. By the time I could pick up my handles, his lane became occupied so I stayed in my lane. He served that group and closed. I became angry when I was still standing in the same place in line still waiting when same guy came back and reopened the lane beside me AGAIN and waved in another group of customers who had not been standing unmoving for ten minutes. So I left them my groceries to be restocked and I'm considering stores that are a bit more of a drive and less convenient to me but maybe more customer-oriented

Pharmacy is full of kind people, cakes and what not are always a delight, there’s a senior citizen that works there, very nice gentleman, makes my day ^^

Should probably train your employees better, asked three employees where the instant potato's are and two didn't know where they were and the other didn't even know what we were talking about. Very short rude reply's, felt like I was being a complete bother for asking a simple question. Not to mention I didn't get my items checked out till Joshua was done with his conversation with the other girl cashier at the register across. I know why I don't shop here and for sure won't be back..definitely understand why the customer service reviews are so bad now

Pharmacy is full of kind people, cakes and what not are always a delight, there’s a senior citizen that works there, very nice gentleman, makes my day ^^

Imagine going to pick up your kid a birthday cake only to stand at the bakery for over 30 mins waiting and hoping someone would show up to customize his cake. It gets better, while you wait you call the customer service desk so they can page someone for you and nope.. you hear "front service desk" announced over and over to indicate a call is holding but whose call, yours. Deciding to put the cake back and grab a smaller one a quarter of the cost and settling for the one with no customization and few cheap candles you are in self check out with about 10 cashiers standing around when an employee walks over asking for a bandaid (they couldn't find behind the front desk where your call was ringing) and guess who shows up? THE BAKER! Holding the cake you left on the counter asking if someone FORGOT IT. A joke. I mean, you can't recommend or not a store it's kinda essential ya know? Just know when you come here.. it's every man for themselves.

Worst customer service ever! Went to meat counter for chicken, the lady handed it to me with the brown paper not wrapped properly with the chicken exposed. When I asked her if she could wrap it without the chicken being exposed she grabbed it from my hand and wrapped it (brown paper and chicken still exposed) in Saran wrap. Then when we were at self checkout I got an error and asked the lady working the self checkout area if she would come help and she said 'are you talking to me' and cleared the issue. We will never shop at this store again!

I come to this Tom Thumb because it is very close to where I live. Every time I go and get groceries closer to dark when I get off work, all of the employees are just standing around on their phones doing nothing. As I'm being checked out, it's become a regular thing that I have to go down to the end and bag up all of my own food. They never have any baggers helping out, and even when I look around to see if an employee standing nearby could possibly help out, they just walk off on their phone. The girl who checked me out today had a terrible attitude and it just felt awkward. I'm sure she hates her job, but she wouldn't even look at me and hardly talked to me. All she said to me with an attitude was "want a receipt." and that's it. I have been nice multiple times, and didn't mind bagging my food up until now because everyone is so rude. I keep my mouth shut because I don't want to start any issues within the workplace, but I'm done being quiet about it because something needs to be said. Even the manager acts like he doesn't care, and that says a lot. I think this store has just given up and doesn't care anymore. Some sort of team meeting needs to be held about more efficient customer service and less attitude that customers being there is such an inconvenience to their job description.

I Love the Pharmacy at this store. The people are Friendly and they take the time to take care of you. I can say they really love there job Thank you for been so nice.

This store is closest to my house so it's convenient but I think after the last few months of terrible customer service, our of date items or a lack of quality produce I will take my business elsewhere. By far some of the worst cashier customer service I have experienced, I shouldn't feel like I am inconveniencing them for being at work. The managers should get some under cover shoppers in there to rate the evening and night cashiers, those seem to be the worst.

Great but the pharmacy needs help. I have to call 10 times just to get them on the phone. You can tell they are stressed by their tone of voice because they are so busy.
