Whoever scheduled just one employee in the rental dept on any dirt of the week doesn't care about their employee or their customers. The guy worked his behind off and did his best. He probably needs a raise. His boss should give it to him or off his paycheck.

I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!

I give the store less than one star mainly because of Traci, who works at the door Dept he is unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude, obnoxious, and flat out disrespectful..Two weeks ago I placed an order for measurements and a door & blinds. The men taking my order was new he had not been trained Tracy, who was sitting next to him, refused to give any assistance to make our order processing any easier. He did not help in any way, shape or form . The man taking my order asked several times for his assistance. Tracy just shook his head and mumbled under his breath but DID NOT HELP‼ fast forward two weeks, my order is not in the system. The door I ordered is no longer available. All because Tracy is incapable of helping customers or colleagues

Purchased a new refrigerator. Delivered wednesday 4/ 12/23, When i returned home from work 4/14/23 everything warm. Had stopped working. Called morning of 4/15 23 trying to send a technician in 6 days. Since it was over 48 hours from delivery when i called Home Depot takes no responsibility for it . They turned me over to manufacturer. Will never buy another appliance from them again and probably nothing else. Hirrible way to do business Deserve 0 rating

I've spent alot of money in the past year here about 9200 directly or thru my customers,and lost about 2700 after being over charged for a tiny tiller rental almost 700$ in recovery fees the machine is only 189 new on several occasions I've brought rental back immediately ,due to dull blades or not working ,they refuse to fix the issues or give break on cost ,I've complained and requested someone to reach out no one has they just ignore you I will take business elsewhere ,if they picked up the phone ever you'll get the hold music untill it gets disconnected I've lost customers and contracts , how can anyone do business like they do I'd be a fool to continue our relationship

Terrible customer service! We tried to get help with placing an online order for flooring and apply our military discount. we were constantly being sent back and forth from flooring to customer service which shows how disorganized these people were. Finally the manager at the customer service arrived, which we thought she would help NOPE! They could not apply the discount. So we called and went to Home Depot in the Colon the people were so sweet! And helped us apply our discount to our online order which may our day so much better!! do not waste your time at the Home Depot in Lewisville! They suck!

Save yourself the time and frustration and go across the street. Curbside at this specific location should be called snailside pickup. It's molasses slow! Arrived about 45 past the hour, checked in as normal and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for someone to bring. Checked in twice and called. Could I have just walked in, sure, but wanted to see how long this was going to take. Was picking up a shelf and 2 brackets, not 10 bags of mulch (speaking of mulch, last curbside across the street was 12 bags of mulch and was in and out in 10 minutes). HD this time stands for horrible decision, won't make that mistake again. No wonder the big A is taking business from brick and mortar.

do not let your kid age 17 work here. if you are not part of the click they will treat you like crap. they will hire you as part time 90 days then release you and tell you to come back in s frw months. this way yhey dont have to hire full time and pay unemployment to the ones they fire because you dont fit in. this also happened to an omder friend of ours as well. from what i took awsy if yhat the management could careless about yhe employees unless you kiss yheir asses or the customers. all they care about is getting their bonus, which i have no clue how they do that because not one person in tnis store cares to help anyone at all

As always Paul's a champ! The man has great CS skills. My truck rental went smooth both pickup and return. On my rental return the other CS rep. was just as nice. Asked Paul if he was now the manager, he smiled and said no. Told him he should be. Will be back!
