I used to be a traveling electrician. It's been 3+ years with my two units here. I now need to get rid of a lot of stuff and condense all into 1 so I found cheaper rates elsewhere. It's a great facility. Quick easy code access. Friendly staff never any problems and just cutting cost.

Propane service is ALWAYS an issue here. Today 2 customers were waiting outside for an attendant. Had to call the office ... which is in clear view of the propane tanks...to be told they went to get a part. No idea when they would return. Always lame excuses by Angela the manager and her staff .... Can't find the key..... out of propane....no signs to indicate what the problem is. Terrible location

I went into the office to get some information. The older lady was very rude and hateful. Not very knowledgeable about anything!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! We rented an appliance dolly from them to move a fridge. Left the card on-file so they could charge it after we return the dolly. Followed all terms and conditions, returned the dolly and forgot about the whole thing. So you can imagine our surprise when we got a collection bill from them a year later for 4 times of the original fee. My husband went to talk to the manager 2 times. First time manager walked out of the office right in front of my husband claiming to be busy, Second time the employees didn't know how to process this transactions. I suspect that corporate probably do not give a crap about their reputation and loosing the potential clients (especially nowadays when so many people are moving to TX and U-Haul doesn't even need to compete for the business), but personally I'll be using Home Depot or some other LOCAL moving Co. Hope that other locations are better than this one. Have no idea how this manager is still employed

Front desk was nice initially, letting me know since my card said "debit" they couldn't run it. I thought this was weird so I called U-Haul and they made a reservation for me over the phone saying my card works and I can walk in and get the truck I need. I went inside and the front desk was immediately rude once I told them I had a reservation, they said it didn't matter what U-Haul said, they couldn't run the card and denied me my reservation. Overall terrible customer service and rude front desk.

I have never seen a more poorly run business in my life. I ordered one Ubox to be transported from TX to FL. A day later, I added an additional Ubox to my order and my quoted amount was displayed online after my updates. Almost A MONTH LATER, after all of my belongings were in the possession of Uhaul, I happened to log online to check the status of my shipment and found they increased my billing amount by over $1000, more than twice the original charge. Uhaul fails to acknowledge their system did not properly update or notify me of any increase in charges and they refuse to credit me for the amount they waited until they had my belongings and I was half a country away to update the bill amount on the system for my move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I had an issue online, called and said go the next day and they would know. So I went and the guy was not sure who I was, then brief look at notes, I was in a hurry, had to get back to office 5 minutes away and now down to 10. In seemed like mere seconds I signed, initialed, handed card, and walked into office with a minute to spare. Thank you.
