Don't go here for Propane. I went on a slow Tuesday night as the one employee was finishing with a customer. I waited about 10 minutes as she wrapped up. About 2 minutes before she was done, another couple came in and stood in line behind me. When she was done with the customer, I told her I need two propane tanks refilled. She told me she was the only one there and I needed to wait, and then took the next couple in line......who had no rental reservation.......so I guess my business didn't matter....again, it was not a busy Saturday where there were tons of people in line......and then another employee entered and took the next guy that just walked in......I texted the GM and although he was responsive, he was weak.....Told me she would get to me in 10 minutes.......good luck going thereBy the way, look at the recent reviews......

Not a good experience for me. The UHaul truck we rented had a not working horn. Extremely dangerous, trucks are not well maintained.Have provided feedback to Uhaul.Sadly, Cannot recommend to anyone.

I’ve never rented a Uhaul so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Was thankful to be able to get a truck to rent but don’t appreciate being overcharged. The move was hectic so I didn’t catch the overcharge until recently. All fees were expected except I only had less than 30 miles and they charged me for 50. I initially thought it said 30 miles on the emailed receipt but the math was off. I would’ve just let it go since I only put 27.8 miles on the uhaul. So I just figured whatever… they inflated a little. I filled up with gas completely at Velero (the actual drop off location). I didn’t even have a full tank to start but was exhausted and wasn’t trying to be exact on gas. How they inflated the miles to 50 is ridiculous. That’s $24.69 more than I should’ve paid. Will never rent from this location again. I HIGHLY recommend you taking a photo before u leave and when you return it. I thought about taking a photo upon return but was hot and exhausted.

Unacceptable uhaul experience.I returned a vehicle here and have video evidence of them removing the trailer.They checked in the trailer 3 days late and attempted to fraudulently bill me. I've filed a police report for fraud.

Terrible customer service the person that rents the U-Haul truck didn't wanted let us take the truck even though it was reserved. Bad business

we are trying to help my mother move!!! my mother booked reservation online.. indian scammers at this location. tried to run my mothers card for extra money and lie about they need to do it in office after it’s been completed online. do not rent or bother with this location. SCAMMERS!!!!

Never got help. Tried to get propane refill multiple times at both Lewisville locations. 1on 35 and the 1 on business 121. Ignored.

I booked the reservation with my debit card but I was told they need to switch the reservation to a CREDIT card. The explanation did not make sense, something about their system being down but I booked my reservation ONLINE with all my debit card information. I have never been asked to switch to a credit card. I needed the truck so I did it but I will NEVER go back to this place again. He had to call someone on the cellphone for instructions on how to do whatever he was doing on the computer while the guy next to him was pushing him to ask for my credit card. Shade written all over this, just don’t go here. Also when I got into the truck to check out the truck, the mileage online was exactly 20 miles less than what was on the odometer so had I missed that I would have been charged an extra 20 miles. Another first. Never again.

I had selected this place as drop off for one way rental from Phoenix, AZ to Lewisville, TX. The location was open (although website says closed) but when I asked the owner if he would complete the inspection and provide the receipt, he declined to do so and asked me to complete the return online. It's very weird that location was open but still I was asked to complete the return online. Anyway I followed the online return steps, took pictures of mileage and truck condition and dropped the keys in the U-Haul return box. As I was leaving the location, the owner approached me and asked me to hand over the keys to him. I asked him why would I hand over the keys to him when he would not complete the inspection and provide me the final receipt and as per online return process the keys were supposed to be dropped in the return drop box?He said he had to note the mileage of the truck. Again, why would he need to note that mileage on a piece of paper when the entire return process was being completed online (which includes uploading pictures of odometer reading at drop off)? The owner had an english language barrier but seemed agitated that I didn't hand over the truck keys to him.U-Haul please take note, first of all if location is open why are customers being asked to complete truck return online? Second, if return is to be completed online then why is owner asking for possession of truck keys instead of keys being dropped in the box? The process was very confusing and the owner's lack of communication/condescending attitude didn't help.If this is what I had to face while returning a truck, imagine the fate of people who have t pick up a truck here. Please save yourself any nightmare and don't rent truck at this place.

The truck wasn't clean, didn't have any gas, windows were very nasty. I will never rent from this place in Texas again gas station Lewisville Texas.

Make sure to read to the end if you don't want to have a horrible experience in that location. RUDE, AWFUL, and NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I just return a 26" truck. The pumps at the gas station were CONVENIENTLY deactivated, so when you chose that location to return your rental and put gas, they might be charging you whatever they think, you can't fill the tank by yourself to make sure is the right amount, he will make you pay cash, he will not give you a receipt for the gas he is charging you, if you start asking questions about it he will feel very uncomfortable and he will tell you that he knows how much just by looking at the pictures. I took one before and the one when returning. He was on the phone all the time, being rude to me, after my questions he threw the money on the table and said return the truck in another location. I left the truck there and right know talking to U Haul. Very poor experience today with Uhaul please notice those 2 pictures, that difference can't be 24 dollars

Rude, unhelpful, all about the money. We had a serious medical emergency and the owner of this property did give a damm. Tried to over charge, (steal) my money, I ended up calling corporate and they were very helpful and corrected and understood the problem.

Worst service I ever had at U-Haul. This is not a place to go unless you really don't have choice. The gentleman was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I wonder why the corporate is taking into consideration costumers complaints.
