This is a great UPS store. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and are ready to assist with whatever needs you have. I go to the store mainly to return Amazon packages. The staff know the process well, which creates a smooth experience.

The employees here are so friendly and helpful. I go in rather frequently and I really want to commend one of their employees in particular. His name is Jonathan and he's been there for some time! He is consistently friendly and very helpful!

The employees at this store are ALWAYS on point. this particular time I was there for notary services;normally for shipping.
They are all very friendly and make eye contact, even noticed a young man being oh so patient with an elderly woman and then helped her out to her car with her items.
Even if there is a line around the holidays it moves swiftly. Wonderful staff. Keep it up

Store associate put incorrect address. My shipment was returned. No refund was issued, and the store declined to re-ship due to their error. This is terrible customer service.
