I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, ALL BECAUSE OF THE MAIL CARRIERS. I LIVE IN VALLEY RIDGE APTS, THE MAIL PEOPLE ARE CONSTANTLY PUTTING OUR MAIL IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX. I HAVE COMPLAINED & ALL THE SUPERVISOR SAYS IS THAT THEY HAVE A DESIGNATED PERSON FOR THE APTS. AND DIFFERENT CARRIERS DOES THAT ROUTE. WHAT AN EXCUSE, ON NOV 21, 2020. A CARRIER WAS PUTTING MAIL, IN THE MAIL BOXES. AND THERE WAS MAIL ON THE GROUND, I PICKED UP & SAID. YOU MISSED SOME, HER REPLY WAS THAT WAS THERE WHEN I GOT HERE & I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON. IT PROBABLY WAS PUT IN THE WRONG BOX & THEY JUST SAT IT UP THERE. UMMM HELLO, I SAID YES BECAUSE YOU GUYS BE PUTTING OUR MAIL. IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX ALL THE TIME & SHE REFUSED TO PUT THE MAIL IN THE CORRECT BOX. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED BUT REFUSE TO DO HER JOB. NOW I'M GOING TO THE NEWS, SOCIAL MEDIA & COPORATE. I'M TIRED OF COMPLAINING AND NOT GETTING ANYWHERE THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT. IT'S ALWAYS A PILE OF MAIL ON THE GROUND, WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LOOK FOR OUR MAIL THERE!!!!!

i don’t live in Lewisville, but i work in Lewisville. i go here instead of the other post offices around home. Lynn is always so helpful and nice. i have never had to wait in a long line, always fast and efficient!

Seems it doesn’t matter if the new postal worker or the grumpy older guy is there. Lots of times, doors aren’t open on time. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. If late, if perhaps for traffic tie-ups, leave the house earlier.

I've had a box here for years and the place has gone way downhill.open only 830-5 but locks up for lunch? people in our area need access to their packages. The same locking parcel bins have been tapped up and broken for years now so we have to use the office that closed when people can pick up.An employee was behind the wall with the door locked and those of us standing outside got to hear vulgarities through their speakerphone and then watch them play on the phone.Better do something, the place it trash now

Horrible experience. Website shows they accept General Delivery. However, having been fooled before I called inn advance to confirm they indeed do accept General delivery, and was told yes. Advance to yesterday, the scheduled delivery date, and they refused the shipment! Called this morning, and was asked if I registered for General Delivery. Nope, first I have heard of that, and I take General Delivery all over the US when I am travelling! Needless to say, the shipment is already headed back to the sender, and I am scheduled to leave day after tomorrow. Horrible!

We have deliveries sent to our apartment that constantly state signature needed to take the package. First of all you never come to the door to get a signature I work from home and have never received a knock. So please enlighten me how we are supposed to sign off on a package if you just drop a ticket downstairs stating no one to sign off for this package. Are we supposed to magically know when you arrive and be downstairs at that exact moment you deliver? Otherwise every single time you leave the note then we have to go to the post office to pick it up which defeats the whole purpose of delivery. I don’t know who runs these operations but it is so poorly executed if you weren’t a government entity you would be out of business

Today's carrier failed to come to our door to get a signature for a letter. I called the post office and the very nice lady that answered sent the carrier back with the letter. While the carrier should've brought the letter to our door for a signature in the first place, I am very grateful for this location's quick and accurate help in correcting the situation. Thank you.

Paid $6 to have my package delivered to this location to hold it for me.. only to find out this location sent it back out to the original sender the next day. Didn't even give me one day to pick it up. Terrible service!! Never wasting my money on this location ever again!! This location deserves negative 5 stars..
