Kristen literally saved my day. I arrived at her Verizon store at Vista ridge , in tears, thinking my phone battery had destroyed my phone. I had several transactions hanging on my return calls, non of which I could make.
I have seen Kristen before here and knew she was competent but today she became a Star in my book. She took my dead phone, evaluated it, charged it!! and began to explain how to upgrade my services at a big savings to me. I was overjoyed...I'm now leaving with a working phone, taking advantage of all the promotional offerings and looking forward to receiving new, improved phone and even a new TV. I'm a very happy, loyal Verizon customer now, thank you, Kristen!!

On Saturday March 29th I entered the store at Vista ridge mall. I went in looking to become a verizon customer. I told the lady that i was coming over from AT&T and wanted to start a new service. I told her that I wanted the galaxy S25 ultra. She told that wouldn't be a problem. Well after the the set up was done I realized that she mistaken graded a S24 ultra. When I said something she tried to fix it but the said I would have to pay $90 reboxing fee on a phone I didn't touch or even ask for it was completely her fault but i was told that there polices have changed and there was nothing they could do so I'm now stuck with a galaxy S24 ultra at this point they can give you any phone they want to give you and if you say anything they will make you pay a beboxing fee

Kennedy, was exceptional. I’d been having an account issue for 4 months. Kennedy was my interface to Customer support and stayed with them to resolution. Been a client for 10 + years and he’s the best support I’ve had during that time. He’s a keeper!

was in there 10-15 minutes only one employee working. never got a “we’ll be right with you” or hi welcome. the ac was also down when its 65 out. open the door

Do not use this telephone service, it does not work and they charge you a month in advance and also hidden activation fees, customer service never helps you and on the contrary will allow them to steal your money. DO NOT USE THIS VERIZON SERVICE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

If I could leave less, I would. It wasn't the sales reps fault that the store he works at isn't a corporate store and is instead a third party retailer.
Don't go with Verizon. Their corporate stores are extremely our of the way. They're purposely pushing out pre paid customers like me for people to instead pay full price for plans because they're losing money with pre paid.
I haven't had a problem until yesterday when my phone absolutely died. Couldn't turn on, even when connected to a power source. They needed to verify my info with a text, which I had said, my phone wasn't working so that wasn't going to fly. They couldn't use my driver's license there. I had to go to the corporate store ALL THE WAY OUT IN FLOWER MOUND to get verification.
They lack redundancy. Go with t mobile. They have corporate stores everywhere.

I came in with an issue with my trade in order. Oh what a debacle. Luckily Caleb was here to help out. I made the process more complicated than it had to be, but Caleb was patient and worked with me to solve my issue and get my phone working. Thanks for all the help!

I came in to fix my bill and i met with caleb, he helped me get credit on my account and was really helpful. Because of him my bill is now where it should be.
