@ Verizon (Owner) is someone truly going to reach out to me, it’s been 3 weeks since your reply, or is this yet another gimmick from Verizon?I came into the store on 7/17/2023 and spoke with Jacob. I told him I was looking for a wireless wifi box for my work because I travel. So I was told by Jacob that Verizon had a deal going where I could try the wifi box out for 30 days and I would not be charged for the service as long as I returned in within the 30 day period. So I tried the WiFi box out and returned it about a week later because it was too slow for my work applications. As I was returning the WiFi box, I asked Jacob if I needed to pay a restocking fee or any other charges, Jacob said no but that I may receive a bill for $54 but to disregard it since I returned the product within the 30 day period and the system automatically fix itself and that I was good to go. I thanked Jacob and left. I traveled out of state for a few months only to return today to a collection notice from Verizon wireless for $54 with my credit score being decreased by 20 points. This company is practicing in bad faith and left me holding the bags.

I’m not a fan of Verizon retail stores.The staff regardless which location are not welcoming at all.Always on their phone.They can at least put the phone down for a moment.However today was not the case.I walked in and immediately all five or more looked up and were very welcoming. I was indeed impressed.Was not expecting such welcome.Spoke to the manager who was very gracious with her service, and very serviceable….Thank you Faith. I believe was her name,

I came in today with a new Iphone that was unable to connect to the carrier. Tim came to the rescue and patiently figured out the ESIM problem! I'm very thankful and will be back. Thank you, Tim!

We had so much trouble over the last few weeks trying to upgrade our phones. In two days Isaiah had us up and running. He was super friendly and very helpful. Great store, glad we went there.

Have Faith that everything will work out. Lol. Speaking of Faith, She was excellent. She answered all my questions without hesitation. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She helped me find deals and offers to keep the price down to my liking. I would recommend going to see Faith if you stop in at Verizon in the Colony.

I purchased a device and I was lied to about my credit spend the Caucasian male lied and I had to call and order my products after leaving the store I did not understand that I will not recommend anyone to go here

Went here to get help for my Dad’s cell phone. We left and wound up switching him to AT&T. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. Verizon is a premium carrier; for the price they should care, but they didn’t seem to. AT&T down the street was happy we came in.

I checked in on my phone to pick up my order that I ordered online. I waited for about 15 minutes and no one came out. I went into the store and the associates are talking & looking out the window. I gave the associates my name and stated that I checked in online and no one brought my order to me. They stated we don’t see that you checked in I said of course not bc your talking I said why would I be sitting in my car in front of the store. I am very upset I will not return to this store. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Verizon owned store. Went to trade my phone in after I upgraded online and the guy Daniel that helped me out could care less to try and help me. Kept pushing me off and waking away and told me to call the Verizon 800 number and it would be 24 hours before someone called me. Didn’t want to do his job at all and was disrespectful. I asked for the manager and he disappeared forever and no manager came. Even the girl on the Verizon customer service could tell when she was talking to him. Then I kept having to insist that I wanted to deliver my phone to them then and they wouldn’t give me a receipt until I insisted and then I had to take a picture of it if their iPad. You can tell it starts from the top at this store and I will never go back again. The one positive thing of this experience is the lady I reached on the Verizon 800 number was fabulous and took the time to get everything taken care of. Why have a store when it can do nothing and could care less about its customers?
