I’ve lived in vista springs for 3 years now and love the place. The building is dated but the management does a great job at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. You submit a ticket and maintenance is here within the day or the next one.The staff is friendly. The apartments are well maintained and cozy. I personally love mine which is a 2/2. The summer is HOT, but I do live on the top floor, I’m not sure there’s anything I can do other than closing up all windows and doors with blackout curtains, and not open them for anything. The location is awesome. Close to a mall, restaurants, hotels, stores, super markets, parks. The highway exit is right on corporate drive. The surrounding buildings are also well maintained so the area is nice to walk around. You can literally walk to stores from here.So far is quite safe to live here. People walk around and exercise all the time.Rent has been increasing in recent years but it’s still affordable. Then again, it’s been increasing everywhere. For such a great location and great customer service, rent is not bad.

I love Vista Springs Apartments! The staff are always so nice and helpful. I very rarely need repairs but if I do they are fast to get it done. They even change my light bulbs out and I've been here almost 3 years. The area is quiet, neighbors are friendly. We are also pet friendly! I love having my pit bull dogs here as many other places won't take them. And pet waste...there are pet stations and bags available too! I'm so happy to call Vista Springs Home!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and I’ve loved every part of it. The front office ladies are the nicest and most welcoming people. The maintenance guys are fun to talk to and are super responsive. They always leave notes and are super quick to help you out. I really have no complaints about this place. Great location too! Cant recommend more.

I have been living here for more than 2years now. I love it. It’s a very peaceful environment most especially for families. Also the maintenance work is pretty fast each time I put a work order. The rooms are so spacious and clean.

Moved in and had a great experience with the front office and maintenance. I would place a workorder in and the maintenance team would come over and fix it the same day. The people who work here are super kind and get back to you as soon as they can. It's a lovely little apartment complex!

As a previous tenant of this apartment complex, I would not recommend for anyone to live here. As previously mentioned by others, there is a roach infestation across the buildings in this complex. My roommate and I had consistent issues with roaches originally in our kitchen and pantry, and when “handled” by management in November of 2022 the front office later admitted it was done incorrectly which led to more roaches appearing in the apartment. The infestation had gotten to a point where I woke up to one crawling on my arm and later the same day one was crawling on my leg. When we approached the front office about this situation there was a lack of empathy and problem solving especially from Luz, who continually would blame it on our dog claiming that if the dog food was left on the ground then obviously roaches are going to gravitate towards our apartment (the dog food was very clearly not the issue here as our dog never leaves a crumb behind and she doesn’t freely eat throughout the day). Although the roach situation was handled properly by management in March, after we had to escalate the situation, there were still occasional roaches. However at this time we had come to the conclusion it was not worth dealing with the incompetence of the front office anymore as we knew we would not be renewing after horrendous experiences with the customer service of the front office. Now that we are fully moved out, we received a large bill for the move out charges, mostly due to the carpet. Vista springs did provide their “evidence” of why they had to replace the carpet in the whole apartment when in reality only a small portion of the apartment had a stain on it by the balcony door, in which I stand by the fact that we were ripped off by this company and deeply regret living here. I know this review has been incredibly long, but I want future potential tenants to be fully aware of what they are getting into with this company. They have poor business practices, will point the finger at their tenants in order to avoid responsibility for the condition of their complexes and lack accountability and empathy for these poor living conditions. I do want to acknowledge some key factors in our experience living here, maintenance is great and respond to work orders efficiently, Luz is incredibly disrespectful in the way she talks to tenants, lacks basic customer service skills, and invalidated all of our concerns in these poor experiences listed, I want it to be understood that she, amongst other issues, played a vital role in making living here awful. If it isn’t too late in your moving process, I would not advise for you to live here.

Been a resident for over two years, and will not renew my lease. The office is grossly incompetent. I call and email them about an issue with no response. Just empty apologies and no action to correct their mistakes. I guess nobody likes working here either. The office staff has changed twice and still can't get the job done, but they sure raise the rent every year without hesitation. They turn off the water without notice sometimes and it's more than normal. If you and your family have more than two cars, good luck finding parking. What if they don't make you pay for extra parking. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here. The headaches and mediocre living space are not worth it. The office service, especially the secretarial service, does not have any kind of professional ethics to treat tenants, they offer you everything to rent and then they take everything away. As it is possible that an old pipe burst and the carpet is damaged and we asked to change it and they told us that we could not not worry that it would not affect the deposit and to the surprise we changed and they leave the deposit because it needs to be changed The carpet is sent photos and various notifications and it is useless in your own face they steal your money. Nooooooo I recommend these apartments for nothing in the world if you want to live restlessly rent and if you want to have peace go somewhere else.

I lived in Vista Springs in 2021 and i moved out in 2022 because i didn't want to renew my lease. Before i moved i clean the apartment very well because i wasn't a nast person and i lived alone. I went by the apartment to see if i could get some of my deposit and the manager told me i owe 900$ for new Carpet. I told her the Carpet wasn't dirty. I had one red juice stain that i cleaned the best i could. I asked yhe manager did they get the Carpet clean and steam and she replied that the cleaners couldn't get the Carpet clean she also showed me a stain that was there when i moved in but i didn't report it. I get a call from a debt colloctor saying i owe Vista Springs 600$. Texas rules for apartments says apartments can not charge a teant that have live in that apartment for only a year for wear and tear. I ask the manager for Corporate number and she refused to give me the number ssying she didn't know the number. I will not pay for wear and tear on carpet i didn't destroy. If anyone that knows Vista Springs Corporate number please leave it on Vista Springs reviews. I would like this matter looked into. The manages knew how i felt about walking on the Carpet with dirty shoes. One stain that i tried cleaning did not make her get new Carpet in the entire room. The manager also kept my deposit even though i cleand that apartment good. Maintenance told me when he cam to the apartment how clean that apartment were

If you can read what these say in the dark, you won't have to pay $320 to have you car un-impounded from a car lot 15 miles away! Good luck. ?Also, it took the stunningly brilliant Univesco© team three months to install a dishwasher in the apartment (a dishwasher is provided in the terms of the lease). It was not the maintenance team's fault, just normal mismanagement from the main office.Don't plan on EVER having guests over; the parking situation is absurd.

Great complex. I lived here with my wife for a year July 2021 to July 2022, and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I moved for a job relocation but if not I would’ve definitely stayed. Thanks for everything Vista Springs!

Great management and maintenance staff! Always answers the phone and get needs met very quickly. Maintenance does a great job and responds in a timely manner. Have no complaints about their operation.
