Why sell roses for $24 when 7-11 has them for $12? I know you are trying to maximize profit but now I am losing trust in your store brand for basics. You are supposed to be a friendly neighborhood drug store, not one that takes advantage of the neighbors.

Horribly run pharmacy!
JACQUELINE was rude and unprofessional!
Wrong doing on the pharmacy's end that caused major delays in my prescription. The issue could have been resolved in a day if they would have contacted me, but they never once did. No apology or anything, Jacqueline just kept doubling down on her wrongdoing like everything was normal.....
When you have incompetent hires like Jacqueline, its no wonder this place gets such negative reviews. Time to switch pharmacies

Bill was absolutely amazing! He helped solve a problem with my prescription and the customer service provided was top notch. I will go back to this specific location because of him!

Worst walgreens ever. Placed an order online. Went to get it at the time it said and it wasnt done. Then the pwrson at photo didnt know how to do it and then the person who looked ro be the manager walked away without helping her. Unbelievable.

Pharmacy doesn't fill prescriptions for 2 weeks until you show up and they say it'll be ready in an hour. That's because you just now decided to fill it because I showed up. I'll be changing to another pharmacy.

Horrible Customer Service by the Store Manager
I had a terrible experience at this Walgreens while picking up an online order. The store manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude. First, she made me wait while assisting another customer, even though another employee was already working at the checkout.
When she finally came over to handle my order, I showed her the QR code on my phone as instructed by my order status. Instead of simply scanning it, she kept asking for the name on the order. I tried to show her that my name was right next to the QR code, but before I could even finish, she abruptly left, saying she needed to “help customers.”
Despite asking her multiple times to just scan the QR code, she seemed unwilling to do so. Eventually, she half-heartedly identified my name and handed me my items. As a store manager, she should know how to handle online orders efficiently and with respect. Her attitude and lack of customer service skills were shocking.
Very disappointed with this experience. Walgreens, you need to train your managers better.

Got a Google Play GC for my grand daughter last month, and was charged for it. However, they didn't activate it. So when she tried to redeem it she was unable. I don't have the receipt anymore, so we're out $15.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Takes a LONG time to get any prescription, ESPECIALLY if there is even one other customer waiting. Worst-run pharmacy I have ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is specifically for the pharmacy at this location. I have a unique rx and called 3 separate locations today 2/13/24, and was told they didn’t have. Finally I called this location at 2:38pm (the 4th store) and spoke to a gentleman in the pharmacy who verified the name of the rx and qty I was looking for and that yes, they did have. So I immediately requested rx sent. I received a phone call at 7:18pm today 2/13/24 from this location advising they hadn’t had in stock all day and wouldn’t have been able to fill it. Why did this store verify they had inventory when they did not? Very disappointing as I’ve wasted a whole day on much needed medication.
