Called to order my sons birthday cake on a Friday, at the end of the call after all our information was entered she said “Ok everything is ordered, we will see you Monday” called Monday morning to confirm and they had no record of my order being placed.My sons birthday party cake was ruined and we had to pick up an already prepared cake from another store. Will never order from Walmart again. I should’ve known.

JUST DON'T GO HERE. Prices are low, so it gets a star. They stock the shelves in the morning time which would be fine if they would actually let me shop where they are stocking. Instead I have to wait for them to walk away or I have to try to awkwardly insert myself to get what I need. The stockers literally give me dirty looks because I'm in their way. What I really don't understand is it's 24 hours. Why aren't they stocking before the hours of seven and 9 AM on weekends? They frequently run out of stock here. In the summer for weeks at a time they were out of tomato soup in the Progresso brand. I have walked out in the middle of shopping more than once because they are flat out of a crucial item. If I have to go somewhere else after Walmart, why tf did I go there in the first place. Make sure you check every date. I've definitely bought things that are expired because I wasn't diligent. I can do self check out but I prefer using a staffed register. I've only seen 1 register open when i go in, which is early, but there's always a massive line at the ONE open register. I hate having to try to scan my massive basket at those tiny self checkout nightmares. The self checkouts with the belts are never open, so I'm trying to put my bags back in a basket still full of product. I've started shopping at ANY OTHER GROCERY STORE and just buy my clothes and hygiene products online. I tried the curbside delivery, and after being alerted to come to the store almost an hour after my time window, I waited at the curb for 45 minutes.

Joy and Bennie in the auto and tire department are AMAZING at customer service. Wal-Mart does not make it easy to leave positive feedback online so I'll do it here. This is a busy location. They do their job with super customer service and care. Great job on hiring great staff.

Don't get me wrong, I laughed at the review complaining about having to do self checkout, but today was a prime example of why I refuse to step into a Walmart if I don't absolutely have to. The pharmacy didn't have my prescription ready (Dr Called it in at least an hour and a half prior)... they proceeded to ask me to wait, but couldn't say how long. 40 minutes into this wait my 8 month old is no longer a happy camper and I'm sure I could have checked out 3 different times. I ask how much longer and they are done with my prescription (eye drops) 5 minutes later. I then proceed to checkout at the kiosk (no big deal) except they're unable to complete a price match and the poor girl managing that section had to call for help 3 times. Eventually, she ran back there and looked herself with zero success (kudos to you for your effort!). In the meantime I was able to get a manager on the phone who made it just in time to tell the poor girl she could match the Walmart.com rate. Basically, 2 hours of my life was wasted at this place since they're understaffed, unorganized, and suck at communication. Good luck to anybody who dares to enter.

Absolutely DO NOT USE the grocery app for curbside pick up. DO NOT ORDER your groceries online at this location because they are short staffed, slow and will never deliver your order to your car. I placed an order at 10 in the morning for 5-6 pm pick up. I waited along with 7 other cars for my order for over an hour!!!! They would not answer the phone and kept sending an old man out to each car asking for the name on the order. I had to call a corporate 800 number to cancel my order but the $50 charge will stay on my account for the next 3-5 days!!! I am furious. I just gave Walmart $50 dollars and received nothing!!! Garbage store and staff!!

WAKE UP Walmart is so huge but only 2 lines open really??? 90% of the customers are having to scan their own as if we work for them damn scammers to top it off no discount for our labor I'm pissed cause I have to do this every time i come and it's either 2-5 lines open ridiculous

Extremely rude and poor customer service experienced while returning an item (a cat sweater). Customer service associate name is Gabrielle and she was working at 7:30 PM On Tuesday 7/10/2018. Location is 190 E Round Grove RD, Lewisville TX 75067 This is not expected from a customer service rep. I have been shopping here for 7 years and never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior. I was harassed in front of other customers about a small return. She was very loud and proclaimed "you can't just return anything you want, this is out of season, are you kidding me" while I stood there in awe. I am a business owner myself, and this is quite atrocious. I really would like know what has been done about this. Thanks

This store is always so hot and humid in the summer, it's so aggravating to shop in a store when it's so uncomfortable. And this is not a new thing, its been this way for a long time. It's unacceptable

All the "customer service reps" are so rude and take delight in making it known there's nothing you can do about what they say. There is not customer service at this location. I will not be shopping at Walmart any more. It will only be Target for now on.

If I could give this review NO STARS, I would! On Christmas Eve the store was set to close at 6pm. I arrived there at 5:40pm to pick up 2 items and the manager was standing at the exit door letting people out and not allowing others to enter stating the store was closed. Now my issue is, if you are going to tell your customers that the store closes at 6pm, THAT IS THE TIME THE DOORS SHOULD CLOSE! It took me about 30 minutes to get there just for them to tell me that I could not come in. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!! WALMART never seems to amaze me by how they operate but this is just unacceptable!!! I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! I know they probably don't care about one little customer boycotting their business due to the amount of money they make anyway. But I will never.....NEVER.... spend a dime in there again. And thanks to Tom Thumb who was open until 9pm and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I generally spend $200.00 a week easily at Walmart but I will take my money to Tom Thumb from this day forth! GOOD BYE WALMART!

I refuse to stand in lines with it unbearably hot all over the store, unless you're in the cold food sections. They have some very nice check out people, but most are short-lived. It's obvious that the good employees are taken advantage of. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave seeing his once good company turned into a slave shop. I just go to the Neighborhood Market in Carrollton. The store is comfortable and rarely do I ever wait in line!!! I get my staple items and frozen foods. Be careful in the meat and produce tho! It seems WM does love to burn their deli items!

Great cards but not so great carts. Busy sometimes but service is par. Could be happier if they had everything I was looking for, except they don't. I don't see why this place gets all the hate but I know deep down inside there is a crystal in this vast vast mine we call Walmart. Thank you and goodnight!
