Pharmacy staff are kind and personable. I have not had to wait for hours for an RX here like I have experienced at competitor pharmacies.

It's a shame how much this store has gone downhill since moving back to the neighborhood, two years ago. The store never has checkers to check you out. What if I couldn't check myself out? Would anyone care to help? Definitely not! I avoid this store as much as possible and I would rather go further down the road now to the big box store. At least the big box store is more clean, it has more options rather than more bare shelves and there are real life checkers in the check out lanes!

This location is horrendous. There are never any people working the check out lanes so you have to do it yourself, the shelves are often empty, and the pharmacy is a joke. They don't fill prescriptions as written by the doctor and bill your insurance before you even pick up the medicine. They also are incapable of inputting insurance information into their system correctly. You need my insurance card three times in one week? Come on now.

First, this pharmacy closes from 1:30-2 which is not posted online and I have the unfortunate experience of coming to get prescriptions at that time. So far in the past 6 times I have come, they have gotten something wrong every. Single. Time. Twice they have had to renter insurance even though nothing has changed. Once they never called to tell me my prescription was ready and when I came to get it, the associate very rudely said, " Well, it was filed two weeks ago we put it back". When I told them I didn't receive notice she shrugged and I had to suggest that maybe we update my information. Sure enough they had an address from 15 yrs ago and no phone number at all. If you go through the drive thru, go ahead and turn your car off and start a Netflix movie. Because it takes a minimum of 20 minutes EVERY TIME. I thought drive thrus were supposed to be faster than going in! One time I sent a prescription through the drive through and five minutes later pressed the call button and she said oh are you dropping something off today? Yes I did...5 minutes ago. Once I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me it was too big to send through the drive thru and I ended up having to go in anyways. Go to Walgreens or Tom Thumb my friends and save yourself the hassle of the headache.

I will be filing a complaint with Walmart Corporate about this store. I was there checking out with a checker around 11:45 am. There was a lady in front of me and I had just unloaded my cart when an assistant manager(guess that's what she was) started SCREAMING across the store for the checker to turn her light off and go to lunch. Was I supposed to reload my groceries and go to self checkout? The checker just ignored her and checked me out anyway. This "manager" screamed it a few times. I even observed her yelling at other people, one was a little kid looking for his brother in the bathroom. This is how your employees and customers are treated? Then I found out there wouldn't be any more checkers until 2 pm. Really? What about elderly and disabled people who have a hard time with self checkout? I would also like to add that this same woman got really angry that she had to check me and another time about three months ago. I had a plastic tub of cherry tomatoes that she threw on the counter and claimed she couldn't check them out because there was no sticker on it. I just said ok but I wish I had told her to go get another one. I am still fuming.

Why does this Walmart employee soooo many people to watch you self check. I went to UNT but that sounds like it defeats the purpose of SELF CHECK OUT. Please just check me out or give me a discount for self check or give me employee of the months for my check out skills

Since I don't work for WalMart I RESENT having to check myself out when there are 10 lanes for cashiers with only 1 cashier working. I am disabled & cannot stand for long periods of time (waiting) nor can I lift large bags of dog food & cases of soda up to the scanners. I'll got to Kroger before I go there again.

After buying groceries, I asked the cashier for change for a $20. She said they are not allowed to make change because too many mistakes were being made. Ridiculous!!!

It is located in a fairly good spot and is so convenient when you only need to pick up only a few things. You have to consider that this isn't a fully loaded Super Walmart but it will have your basic needs. Every time I've been inside it's always been well stocked and very clean. The staff is always friendly and of course my favorite thing is the self-checkout for when you look a little homely and don't want any human interaction. Another key factor I enjoy about this is how it's never super crowded and always good parking spots.

They neverrrr have anything in stock of what I want or need so going there is pointless, friendly staff but it takes them forever to figure out they don't have what I am looking for and it has happend about 5 different times so now i know I cant ship here have to go somewhere else.

I was not feeling well and having trouble finding meds my doctor subscribed. This pharmacy was so helpful by calling my doctor to change my prescription and then got my order ready in less than an hour!!

This neighborhood grocery gets a 5 Star for convenience. 3 stars for selection of products is what I give it but still I understand the size of the store predicates the number of selections. I've been there 3 times in as many weeks and not once have I had a friendly cashier. Today was so bad that I looked around for a movie crew. The cashier could have been in a movie. Teenager with pony tail - sloppy uniform - Brandi name tag hanging sideways - chewing gum with her mouth open - never greeted me - took the broken box of oats out of my hand and set it down without a word - only words spoken were, (bottle of wine) "Is this alcohol?", when I asked if we were finished because she was suddenly just standing there looking at her fingernail, she responded, "yea", and after pulling off my receipt, she stuck out in the air and said, "here". No hello, thank you, good bye, nothing. So odd. There must be an abundance of available jobs and shortage of quality candidates with customer service skills.

This Walmart is literally down the street from my house. Unfortunately they never have anything in stock!!! 2 weekends ago they were out of stock of 4 of the 7 items I needed. This past Sunday they were completely sold out of the flavored water I buy. I went tonight and guess what, still out of stock!!! I asked one of the employees if it's possible they had some in the back, he said 'I'm not sure' and walked away. I emailed corporate 2 weeks ago and was told I would have to speak to a manager, but I work during the day and can only go shopping in the evening, when the main manger would not be working. Terrible customer service!! I will continue driving to the Walmart off Main bc they seem to keep items in stock
