"Amazing customer service" is rarely the first thing one says in the same sentence as Walmart. Walmart is just a place we all have to suffer through to make our lives convenient, efficient, and affordable. But, for some strange reason, the pharmacy at this particular Walmart is a bizarre haven of friendly, welcoming, caring, effective people...a sort of oasis in the desert, you might say. Sabnam, the pharmacist here, somehow remembers my name and greets me by it every time she sees me there. Somehow she remembers whether or not I had my flu shot or COVID booster this year. (She gave them to me, of course, but how many hundreds did she give to others?) And how does she remember my name out of the thousands of people that shop here each week? Her staff are equivalently wonderful. Fernanda, Andrew, Sha, Kendra, and virtually EVERY employee I've been helped by here has just been amazing. And how is this possible, since they deal with frustrated, short-tempered people all day who are fighting with insurance companies and doctors' offices over the drudgery of healthcare? I'm not sure what kind of magic wand Sabnam or their regional managers have, but it's absolutely working at this location. I am SO GRATEFUL to have them all. THANK YOU for your kindness, helpfulness, and human decency. It makes all the difference!

Ever since the very first time I visited this Walmart Pharmacy, the staff have always been top of the line. Fernanda, Kendra, Andrew, and Fernando not only work very hard in order to meet their expectation, but they go above and beyond to accommodate each person they serve and help and offer a friendly, understanding, professional, and caring interaction.Fernanda always makes sure to fully understand what is presented and offers options and solutions. Fernanda always remembers the customers and values their visit.Kendra is always friendly and ready to help. She values customers and is ready to answer questions.Fernando works super hard and stays objective. He's always super friendly too.Andrew really goes above and beyond to ensure customers are treated with respect and ensures a solution will be found when needed.The other staff members and managers also truly value and respect everyone who shows up to their Walmart Pharmacy, and I'm very glad to see them regularly! :) Thank you guys very much for all of your incredible efforts and hospitality!

Horrible location, I am going to a different pharmacy from now on! Today I waited in line behind 3 or so customers, once I got to the register, my prescriptions were not ready after being sent over from my doctor so I was told to wait 25 minutes.Fast forward 25 minutes, after waiting in line again, they are still not ready... and I was told to take a seat and they would be filled in 5-10 minutes (why weren't they ready in 5-10 minutes the first time?!). After I stood there for nearly 10 minutes, they told me they were ready and to wait in line A THIRD TIME.I've always had problems using the online system, I've never been able to login to manage my prescriptions and the pharmacy never helped me resolve this.

I switched here from CVS pharmacy. Walmart is a million times better. They answer the phone and I have not had issues with my family's monthly prescriptions.

Closed the door as I’m walking up to get my prescription to say they’re closing for 30 minutes for a break (it’s 1:30 in the afternoon) then open the door back up 6 inches to service another person right in front of me then shut it again. There are no signs anywhere stating this. If I could leave zero stars I would, I’m disgusted.

I used the free pickup service and thought everything went well. There were only 2 substations on a 200+ order, and talking to the pick up rep the quantity was near my original order. When I got home I realized there was 48oz of frozen broccoli missing, which was a substituted item! We meal prep for diet reasons and this was a big issue! I mentioned it on the review and the manager called me today, with 44oz ready for me to pick up when I got there! No it isn't exact but I kept the reduced price and acquired most of the food I ordered. I never even expected them to care and am very pleased with the end result. Give their pick up a chance and see for yourself.

Oscar at Customer Service desk tonight was incredibly rude and condescending. He treated me like I was an idiot when I asked if I could purchase a Walmart money card. He acted super confused the entire time, I had to leave customer service and go to a register to purchase the card from a cashier who had a clue!
