Place an order online to save time to pick up a car battery. Because I was in need I drove my car there. They said I had to cancel the order I had made online then to turn around and buy another one in store., tell me why It cost more for me to walk myself in there for an order to pick up a car battery. I didn't need anybody to get it for me. I was simply asking to pick up a product that I paid for... And I am a Walmart plus member. I figured the app was the easy way to go. As it says for convenience, this Had to have been the most complicated order Due to the fact, no employee could tell me why I couldn't just pick It up it was in stock. There were many of them. I was told to return the one I'm supposed to pick up tomorrow. But by one today if that's what I wanted.Exhausting communication worst customer service I've ever had.

Earlier today my mom and I bought this coffee maker and the minute we got home it doesn’t work. It starts leaking and whenever I push a button to fill the cup up nothing. All I gotta say it was a waste of money.

Normally, I'd contact store management in the case of training issues. However, my recent experience(s) at this location warrants a one star rating. (I'd give a 0 but can't)Friday afternoon, while shopping for fishing lures, I observed another customers issue. To be totally fair, the issue was discrimination, incorrect policy adherence and was very hostile and rude. This was all done by an employee who stated he was a walmart manager. The customer, was getting a fishing licence. He handed the Associate all his info needed. I witnessed this as I was finishing up my licence as well. He gave the Associate at the counter a V.A. letter stating his disability rating (also had his DOD info)as required each year by the Texas department of wildlife as the veteran gets his free super combo licence, If they meet the disability requirements. He then handed over his veteran ID card which proves his veterans status for those companies, businesses, restaurants who provides veteran discounts and services. In this case a free super combo hunting/fishing licence for those veterans with a high enough disability rating sold by walmart. The customer also had his dd214 which contains address, social security number, discharge details as well as other sensitive data. As he was talking to the Associate he explained since the veteran Id card doesn't have an address or date of birth the form dd214, could provide this information if needed for search purposes in the licence section on the computer. He was then rudely interrupted by the man that would later identify himself as a "manager" . This Manager stated that he would need a TX id or drivers licence. The customer calmly and intelligently explained this was incorrect. That any valid form of identification would work. That customer was once again interrupted and told hy the Manager to "calm down". The veteran customer sort of chuckled and stated "I am calm you are just wrong". The manager once again started arguing with the customer stating they needed a TX id or drivers licence to put in the system or in the managers words "to verify the customers identify" in the Texas parks and wildlife system. The customer again intelligently and calmy explained any valid form of identification would work and also the system can be searched using TX identification card, Texas dl, customer number or social security number. Which is required when purchasing a fishing/hunting licence. The customer had all that and then some. After over ten minutes of the Manager continuing to argue with this veteran customer stating that "he needs a valid TX id or drivers licence" and "the veteran i.d. although valid isn't valid for the Texas parks and wildlife system" The customer in my opinion handled himself well and knew what he was discussing he simply told the manager he was discriminating against him as a veteran (and since veterans are a protected class and in this case he was using his veteran status with more than enough documentation needed for his fishing/hunting license. He was right) This Manager was 100 percent in the wrong on this issue. The continued disrespectful treatment in front of other customers and Associates to the veteran customer was disheartening. The absolute worst part of the treatment of this customer, in my opinion was he then told the Associate at the sporting goods counter, "its up to you, I wouldn't do it. Just understand that you can and might be fined for not following Texas parks and wildlife".The Associate then printed the licence for the customer after the Manager was finished.I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT THIS WAL MART AND I AM APPALLED OF THE TREATMENT OF THAT CUSTOMER

Set up halloween candy near halloween costumes marked down and labeled it "Halloween, No exceptions". When I rang everything up noticed no discounts were applied so asked the cashier about it. They treated my wife and I like we were stupid for not noticing there was no discount put around the candy that was mixed among it. Never going to this particular Walmart again. They are crooks. Old people would not notice this and just buy it assuming they got a deal. This scam is scummier than cable television.

on 10.12.23 my brother purchased a battery for my car from a woman with locs who seem to be helpful. While my brother was there making a purchase he towed my car to this Walmart to have my battery put in .When leaving the woman assisting him advised for him to leave the receipt with her as for when I arrive she would give me the receipt and rebate for keeping my battery .When I arrived Annie Cherry was working the auto register.I told her I was picking up the red ford. She then confirmed my name and car . After reviewing the associated paperwork she then told me that all I had done was a battery charging.I Corrected her by saying that a new battery was placed in my car and should be receiving a reimbursement of some sort per the previous associate. She looked at my battery on the ground to the left of her and continued to tell me she didn’t have my battery and that my brother hadn’t purchased anything.Considering I wasn’t present during the initial Purchase,I phoned my brother to gain understanding on what took place. He advised the previous rep kept the paperwork the girl was requesting so that there was no confusion when I arrived.Annie told me the receipt wasn’t there and that she couldn’t do anything for me.I then asked if she could reprint the receipt as it was a card transaction. She said no , that she would need a manger .I told her she was not being helpful and I’d like to speak with a manager . She responded I ‘was gone have to wait’ snatched my keys from me and began to walk away.I asked for my keys back and she yelled back as she was already down the aisle that I ‘should’ve dropped my own car off’.I was left standing there for 15 minutes . I took it upon myself to look for a manger and was directed to team lead Tyler - as I was explaining to him what had just took place- he stopped assist another customer who wanted the Denton Walmarts phone number . Once he finished with her, he turned his attention back to me.I finished describing the incident and he gave me names and corporate number . When we returned Annie was still not back . She returned within 10 minutes of us being there talking on her cell phone saying “you’re probably going to have a note about me because of this in the morning “ and started to laugh - this took place in front of Tyler and he did not intervene . I again asked for my keys and she told me no because I did not have my receipt. He then began to ask Annie about the receipt , she replied ‘she gone have to go to customer service and wait’ and confirmed the previous associate did indeed keep the receipt but it wasn’t back there so she couldn’t do anything and then told him ‘ and you can go . I then again asked for a manager and asked Tyler was she his manager or was he hers .She replied that the manager was at lunch . Still on the phone with my brother I described the ordeal as ghetto and she chimed in that she doesn’t like being called ghetto and insinuated she would do something to me if I did not wait at customer service . I said I would not and asked Tyler to wait with me.He and Annie left and did not return for over 20 minutes . When they left me,I called customer service and got Christian-I told Christian all the above and he immediately took action.Christian stated typically they would email reports and schedule follow ups.But due to the severity of the situation he was going to contact his and reach the store manager. After escalating my report he came back to the line and looked up receipt and emailed me so that I could get my KEYS and rebate.Christian did more for me in a 20 minute phone call than I received in store after being there for over 40 minutes! Finally manager Nancy came-I told her about Annie’s terrible behavior and she stepped in.Annie would not speak to me and Nancy corrected her and told her to help me.She started checking people out around me and Nancy redirected her to assisting me as I had been waiting over 20 minutes.I called back after I left and was informed that she never needed a manger to do a reprint or give me MY KEYS. Needless to say I won’t be back!

I feel that I did not get the satisfaction I deserved. I ASKED TO SEE both transactions and the service person helping me just walked away. I RELIZE this was stupid of me not to get my money in the first place but I do feel I was treated unfairly.

My recent experience at the Walmart store in Lewisville was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic environment that made it difficult to navigate through the aisles. The store was messy, with items strewn around and shelves in disarray. It seemed like a lack of proper restocking and maintenance was evident throughout. The checkout process was equally frustrating, with long lines and seemingly understaffed registers. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to customer inquiries, further adding to the frustration of the shopping experience.I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this Walmart location and will be seeking alternative stores for my future shopping needs. The lack of cleanliness, organization, and customer service has left a lasting negative impression.
