I love my job here, majority of everyone here is like family to me, I care about them.Its just sad to see how far customers will go to get their way like being rude ect...I've been here for 1 years 5 months now and I've had many experiences with toxic customers and even fellow employees.You've gotta realize that we're human too, all we're trying to to is work our shift and go home with some pay but some people don't realize that, it's everyone for themselves now days, right?

I'm very unhappy yall no longer have unsweetened tea, we do alot of business here. Guess I will do business elsewhere. 300-500$ I spend a month at this locatuon.Guess company doesn't care about loosing business.

Very rude cashier around 5 pm and they never have the big cold doctor peppers stocked and the store was dirty very bad experience.

No complaints here, I'm glad to have a 24hr store in Lexington. Brandon always has a smile, and the store is fairly clean.

Going to rescue a friend at 1am who needed a ride home as he had broken down. As luck would have it; my car broke down about 5 miles north of town. He got another ride and went right by me. The sheriff (2)who stopped to check me out were very friendly and helpful. Gave me a ride to this Cefco.all the times I have been through Lexington I didn't know on the north end of town was this very clean, well stocked store with gas and diesel. The girl who was on duty was friendly and understanding about my problem. Even when they got very busy she had no problem taking care of customers. Had no problem with me camped out at one of the tables (caught a few Z's too)When the store manager got the I figured I would be asked to wait outside for my help to arrive. Just the opposite happened, as she told me to get a complimentary cup of coffee and kolache role. This was on a Saturday night Sunday morning. At no time did I feel unwelcome in my wait. And at 70 years old I've been treated to many ways. Yes, this is long and has extra stuff in it, if I am kinda' near this store I will STOP at it. Sodas, beer, snacks, gas, diesel, and very good people.

Violet is rude and not professional at all. I used to work here when Megan was manager and violet was always very nice and helpful. Tried getting help from her as manager for my W2 that Was wrongly mailed to address and she has refused to assist with the correct haha in command cusses at me and told me it’s not her problem when I asked for her managers info she refused to give me info and just has really been so rude . I am disappointed that as a manager she thought it was ok to talk to anyone like this and decided to at being ugly was the way to go maybe they shouldn’t hire drug addicts to manage there stores and maybe teach them proper etiquette and manners when talking to anyone prior employee’s or customers.

I stopped at cefco number 57 on Monday morning on the way to Rockport to see my mother. I saw that they had Lowe's gift cards and decided to buy one. They charged me 203.49 for the card and an energy drink. They told me my purchase didn't go through. The purchase did go through, but they kept my gift card. It looks like from the other reviews that this place is a fraud. I'm going after these guys. You can bet on it. I had to cancel my card to dispute. This was Monday morning 09/28/2020.

Stopped there on 8/31/2020 around 8:30 am to get a bag of ice that cost 2.70 and my card was charge 22.70. Called the store and talked to someone and they were supposed to fix it. Almost 2 weeks later nothing.

New employees there every time I go there nobody knows anything . I cant even get my debit card loaded there because no one knows how . I have to drive 40 miles to go load it in another town . Good job cefco

When I pulled up the cashier was sitting outside on her phone. Went to get coffee. What little there was of coffee was old, very old. She was on her phone while checking me out. When I went out she went out and sat back down with her phone.
