We brought our GMC Acadia to this shop with transmission issues. The shop rebuilt our transmission. We had to bring it back three more times because the shudder was progressively worse. On the last return for adjustment it seemed better, but that was only temporary because the shudder returned after a few months. We ended up going to a completely different transmission repair shop where the mechanics were able to successfully repair our transmission. We will not use Capital Automotive ever again and we will not recommend them to anyone we know. The staff are very friendly and kind but our experience with the work done on our vehicle was not a positive one.

This is our new spot for sure! Multiple families from our church have been using them. I had an issue with my truck that needed attention and they were super friendly and responsive and honest. After my recent experience, I’ll be using them every time for both my vehicles. Highly recommend!

I have known Aaron for years now. He has came a long ways. His price is always fair, and very comfortable leaving my transmission with him. Great turn around time. I have recommended family and friends over the years. He will always be my transmission guy. As long as he stays in the industry, I will always take my trucks to him.

He has solved all sorts of issues on both my late model cars and has helper keep my older trucks going well past 200k miles.5I highly recommend his shop and service.

I would highly recommend Aaron and his shop for any of your truck or vehicle repairs. I had a error code on my 08 F150, Trans Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction (PRNDL Input), P0705 and I could not figure out this issue. James the Electrical specialist at Capital Automotive found a short to ground issue in my wiring harness that was rubbing on the back of my cylinder head causing this issue. He fixed and re-routed the harness, code is gone, and my F150 is running smooth thanks to James and Capital Automotive.Service: Electrical repair

Highly recommend. Honest, fair, and exceptional mechanics. I've taken my 2022 C8 Corvette there and have not been disappointed. So rare to find an auto repair place that you just feel good about and completely trust. Aaron, the owner, was great, and their mechanic Jason is one of the best transmission and overall mechanics in town. Top notch and highly recommend.

Great experience! Fixed oil leak other mechanics couldn’t find, transmission serviced, now doesn’t shift hard or at the wrong time. My truck has 200,000 miles on it and has never run better.Aaron is friendly and accommodating. The shop is clean and well organized. Highly recommend this place.
