Customer service among the worst

I frequent this station, as of lately the diesel pumps have not been working properly. The first time I assumed it was low fuel due to the pumps, being extremely slow. After my third attempt to fill up and this still being a problem, I went inside to tell the clerk. His response was this was the first he has heard of this, ok understandable. He did not seem to care, but maybe that was my own judgment, I asked if the manager was around, so I could let him know, so they could address the issue. The manager was there who also said this was the first he’s heard of this, which I explained it’s been an issue, maybe you can get with the owners and have this looked at. he shrugged his shoulders and said again he’s never heard of this happening and then put his head down and went back to doing whatever he was doing. Clearly does not give a crap. I go back to my truck which was still pumping and only at $20 after 15 minutes, there was another gentleman on the other side of the pump who had the same issue. Then the gentleman said he just went inside and told the attendance that the pumps were running slow, a third gentleman was in line who wrote down his window and stated are the pumps still slow, yes, to which he replied I just told him last week that it was an issue.
I hate bad reviews, but this is the only way to get the message out to the owners. @ owner- please leave a contact number. I’d be happy to reach out to you so you can resolve this.
Until then, I won’t be going here again, and you’re likely losing more over a slow pump and poor attitude of a manager

I would give it a 2 star if not a 1 star but I do like the employees there. Come in to get some coffee and found roaches in the store one in the sugar and creamer bin. Decided to go buy an expensive coffee instead even though I love circle k coffee

Very bad judgment, and very bad policies I had my ID and my debit card and the photo of my lost ID and he still would not sell me tobacco products as assistant manager. You should be able to make a judgment call on if the person is old enough. bad service. Let’s go 7-Eleven.

Bathroom and store were clean and fine but the buzzed old guy with glasses behind the counter is a jerk! And he is in a customer service position. He is the last person that should be running the register. Rude to customers!
